It was a difficult time to sell a house as prices in our neighborhood were falling. Sandy and Rich were excellent as our agents the entire time. Open House after Open House, they showed the house an amazing number of times, followed up on every lead and in general were very engaged. It took over a year to sell the property, but Sandy and Rich never faltered in their sales attempts. Sandy in particular has represented us in 6 real estate transactions over the past 14 years and remains our realtor of choice. We are very comfortable with Sandy and Rich representing us.

I genuinely don’t have enough words for how incredible Angela Adams is to work with! She really isn’t just a Realtor - she is like having a personal assistant and fairy godmother also thrown in! Not only was she incredible during the buying process, but she went above and beyond (this goes for her husband Jimmy, as well) after closing! I can’t list all the things she has done for us that fall outside of what I would consider “realtor responsibilities.” Not only did Angela and Jimmy show up with their truck to haul away all the items left by the previous owner, but they installed new gutter extensions on our entire house. And forget Google - Angela’s list of recommended contractors have been priceless. I don’t plan to move again, but if I did I wouldn’t do it without Angela. I highly recommend her to anyone and am so grateful we were lucky enough to find her!

I would like to express to you what a pleasant experience my husband and I had with Bianca Dwyer, and The Dwyer Group, as our realtors for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Bianca’s professionalism and timely response to our inquiries was greatly appreciated. We found the house we wanted to purchase prior to selling our old home so we had to scramble to get it listed for sale. Bianca, together with Jonnie Dwyer, arrived at a listing price that was spot on, resulting in two offers on the first weekend. After discussing the pros and cons of the offers with Bianca, we chose the one that worked perfectly for us in the end. We were able to close on our old home and purchase our new home during the same week. We have been in our new home a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier. Bianca is wonderful to work with. My wife and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to you, your company, and our realtor Dave Hall. What a great experience. With us being from Iowa and purchasing our retirement home in Sarasota, there are additional hurdles to cross. Dave did an absolute great job in showing us multiple properties, spending time with us on multiple trips to our final house selection.
