Working with Leah was such a pleasure! Especially since we had to handle everything from another state! She had a whole list of qualified people from house cleaners, to irrigation and roofing contacts that she was able to bring in. This insured that the house was up to her level of high standards! Her communication skills also helped for a hassle free sale! I’m an extremely picky buyer (it took me eight months to find my previous house), and I wanted to do an intense and fast search for this one. Sandi promptly responded to emails and texts, and she spent a lot of time doing research and showing me houses; I believe her when she says that she works 12 hours a day, seven days a week. As a result, it took only about four days to find and decide on the house I ended up buying. I’m also very happy with the way she handled the contentious negotiations and all the paperwork. I highly recommend her.

We just sold a house with Marcy as our listing agent and bought a home that was Marcy's listing. Our home sold in 2 days with Marcy's excellent advice and awesome photo display!
