We can’t say enough about how patient Rodger was. He never gave up on us, even though we were very particular and detail-oriented. Since we live far away, Rodger went above and beyond to ensure the entire process went smoothly. He picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel when we came to town to look at properties. Jim Litton has gone beyond for the help in selling our home. We started out in September 2025 with doubts about selling, letting go. He has shown much patience and guidance throughout the process.
