We found the experience with Rudy to be exceptional from start to finish. Rudy’s “no-pressure” approach suited us very well and we felt as if he had our best interest at heart during the entire process. Rudy quickly picked up on what we were looking for in a house which helped make the process smooth and efficient.Our home buying experience was complicated a bit as a result of the Covid-19 issue arising right after we signed a purchase contract on a house. Rudy was very patient and helped us through the process as we started and stopped a few times during the following month trying to decide if we wanted to proceed or not. Initially, after a couple of weeks we ended up canceling our contract however, Rudy stayed in touch with us and kept providing us with updates on our dream home and the market as we pondered the situation. Eventually, we re-engaged on the same property, signed an addendum to our original contract and proceeded through an efficient closing process. The result, we now live in a beautiful house located at 1508 Sandpiper Lane.Finally, we have several friends and neighbors that are considering a move to the Sarasota area. We have referred Rudy to these friends as we have the utmost confidence that he will do a great job for them - the same as he did for us!!

Rudy did a great job helping us sell our Condo. It was a tough market and he worked diligently to get it attention and showings. He also provided great customer service— always communicating with us as needed. Lastly, he went above and beyond to work with us and the buyer to overcome some contracual challenges to make it work. He knows the market and we would highly recommend him.

If you are looking for someone to get your property sold, look no further. Rudy is your man. I am serious. Don't even consider anyone else. The first thing Rudy did was give me an honest appraisal of my house. He said this is where you will sell and this is where the starting price should be. Next, he said you need to fix items a,b, c; they look terrible. I agreed and he arranged for the proper contractors to get the work done. They were in an out within 3 days and the property was in top shape. He even paid the contractors directly and trusted me to pay him back at the end. Rudy D said "I will have this property under contract within 30 days". And you know what- he delivered on that promise! He is hard working, honest, transparent, direct. He is all of the things you want in a realtor.... and he can close deals with the best of them. In summary, if you want to sell your property, this is the guy for you. End of story.

Through various investment entities we have purchased 3 residential units from Rudy Dudon in the past so naturally, we listed this property with him for sale. He has consistently sent us updates of properties that come on the market over the years and piqued our interest in both buying and selling. In this case, we listed with him as he was able to obtain another similar listing for more money so we decided the time was right. It all worked well with being able to list and sign contracts via emails and close with our usual closing agents used before. We were able to receive I believe the highest price yet in our category and we were very pleased with the quality of buyer that was presented.

Rudy and Allison were exemplary in our search for an income property in Siesta Key. They were patient and listened to our wish list and found us EXACTLY what we were Looking for. Excellent experience, he really knows the PBC real estate market was right on in the expected selling price. Was exceptional in coordinating the closing as we were out of state sellers and we were able to complete all documents electronically with minimal effort. Would strongly recommend his team.
