Robin Leonardi first introduced herself to us in a letter she sent to each of the owners in the Siesta Key condominium association where we had a villa. We had owned our unit for 20 years and were contemplating moving on. So when we were on Siesta Key for a few days, we took the opportunity to meet with Robin and discuss the possibilities. Her businesslike demeanor and her knowledge of the area market, along with her creative marketing approach convinced us that Robin was the realtor we wanted to work for us. The sale of our beloved home was an important and emotional event for us and the outcome was outstanding because of the professional expertise of Rachel Angers. We were delighted with the price, terms and sale process from start to finish as Rachel managed every detail taking our wishes and needs into consideration at every step. We had to navigage many challenges in the house preparation, listing, showings, with deal negotiations and during the closing process. Rachel was an outstanding professional who constantly navigated changing market conditions on our behalf. Her help and guidance in the preparation of the home for listing was invaluable. She was attentive and understanding while providing excellent guidance every step of the way. She was available by phone and text 24 x 7, and always went above and beyond, coordinating our cleaning and yard crews post the hurricane and for showings, managing contractors for punch list items, personally prepping every detail in advance of pictures, the listing process, each showing, contracting, and she coordinated a long distance closing process. Her knowledge of the local market, expertise in dealing with emotional sellers (yes, that was us), ability to adapt to changing conditions (Hurrican Ian, market comp shifts, house preparation) and her attention to every single detail was impressive and outstanding. Judy is a consummate professional, yet she has a special gift of making you feel like you’re the only client she has. She was patient in explaining what I needed to do - and when - and I credit her input with my receiving an offer above list price within a day of listing! She genuinely cares about her clients, and I trust her completely. She helped me through all the stressful moments with humor, a ready smile, and reassurance when I most needed it. Bought two houses with Debi in 2022, I have referred two other buyers to her.Debi was referred to us by family friends living in Venice. Debi helped us buy a Venice house for grandpa and a Sarasota one for our retirement during the crazy-see-it-same-day-offer times. The house viewings were managed well around the criteria we established. She adjusted the viewing schedules on the fly as she saw how we responded to the viewings. The offering and closing processes were well communicated and executed with no surprises. The Michael Saunders organization paid benefits as an ideal property came up over night after the buyer fell through and before the obligatory relisting at noon the next day.
