Erik took the time to research the communities we were interested in for available commercial property rentals. Exceptional agent! Phillip was very understanding and passionate with his work. My wife and I had a limited time to purchase a property in areas that we had never visited. He showed us houses from Bradenton to Venice beach. He was very patient with us in our search for our house. He only wanted to make sure that we found a house that we loved. When he was out of town, he introduced us to Wayne who helped us in his absence. The two of them were awesome and we would highly recommend them!
