Mark Boehmig was my realtor. He did a superb job. Being that I was in Illinois, he was able to send videos and photos to me of the various properties that I was interested in. He, also, sent video/photo updates on the home that I was building over the course of 1 1/2 years. I’m very grateful for Mark’s assistance. He, also, came for my walk-through on my new home. He gave me guidance all along the way and to the very end.

I have used many realtors. Sharon Ross by far supersedes any realtor I’ve had. She listens to her clients and doesn’t waste their time showing homes out of price range or taste. Sharon stuck with me for 2 years while I was trying to find my perfect home. She spent countless hours sending and showing me homes. Her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market are exceptional. Because of that, I did not overpay even in a high market. Excellent transaction with Rudy (our second). If you are looking for a realtor that knows Siesta Key, then he is your guy. In both our transactions, we explained what we were looking for briefly and in short order he was able to give us a number of different options. He also has excellent connections with the local banks and insurers, so finalizing a transaction in Florida for an out of state person is simple. Can't recommend working with him enough.
