For example, Shelley gave us a detailed timeline of our due diligence period to ensure a smooth process. She also scheduled additional inspections and all of our estimates. Eric is one of the most amazing young men I have had the honor of working with. He is diligent, hard working and sincere. All of the projects we had to deal with to sell my commercial office building were handled professionally and thus went very smoothly to accomplish the end product of a success sale with all sides very happy.
