We were not able to physically be at the Sarasota house during the interim period between the contract date and closing date for health reasons. Toni did an incredible job informing us of the area, showing us the different markets within the Siesta Key vicinity and got us in a nice variety of the type of condo unit we aspired to own. Luck was on our side as we found “the one” however, this was a transaction that could’ve easily gone sideways. Toni managed each turn of events with professional urgency and we would and do recommend her services.

Lindsay Nock is the Realtor everyone will love! She truly puts the happiness of her clients first and foremost. She worked very hard to help us find our dream home in the current seller’s market! We moved across our state so she often did a video showing for us. When we finally found a home, our closing was scheduled while we were out of state.
