Stacy Haas not only met all of our expectations as a realtor, she exceeded them. She is a true professional at every step of the process. Most real estate deals are not seamless and there will always be wrinkles in the process and the realtor needs to be able to adapt. In my opinion, adaptability is what differentiates a good realtor from an exceptional realtor and Stacy is an exceptional realtor that can adapt to any situation. She is always positive but is also very “matter of fact” in the way she communicates—she promptly responds to all requests and will tell you like it is and as a buyer or seller that is exactly what you want. She has a “can do” attitude and has great problem-solving and negotiation skills—she’s the best I’ve seen at this. I would like to thank Janis and Ron Collier for patiently and intuitively working with me to find a house in an impossible market. They were always available to discuss concerns and ready at a moments notice to present a bid- and comfort me when I lost a house to that higher bidder. We developed a great working relationship which is always important but even more so in the present market where trusting your brokers is critical to purchasing a house - when they say bid right now it means BID RIGHT NOW! In addition to being great brokers they are great people. Funny, straightforward, and kind I could not have asked for better people to guide me on this new path.
