We thank Maurice for his excellent efforts on our behalf in selling our apartment. He was professional at all times and never late for an appointment. He gave his time generously even in the evening and weekends. We were appreciative of his help after we had left Sarasota and the buyer had to extend the closing date. Maurice went back to check the apartment because the electricity was off. There was only one thing that slipped through the net - we had to pay condominium fees for the closing date extension requested by the buyer. We can say that at the end of the whole selling process the entente cordiale is still very much alive!

Over many years, we purchased and sold homes with a number of realtors and then we met Judy Nimz. Judy is an amazing, easy-to-work-with person and a long term realtor in Sarasota. Tammy was very helpful and made an extra effort to video tour the house so I could get an idea of what the interior was like. Being out of state this was a big deal! I would recommend contacting Tammy for all of your real-estate needs!
