Excellent 5 Star negotiators who are PROFESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY Realtors, is how I would best describe Laura and Stuart Lawrence! As someone from Hong Kong and completely new to Florida, I stumbled upon Laura and Stuart when I was searching for a Florida home online because they were the listing agents for one of the homes in the University Park/Lakewood Ranch areas in which I was interested. I called them. On my first call with Laura, and Stuart they listened patiently to a number of complicating factors affecting my requirements for a home, including proximity to a tennis academy, safety issues and uncertainty regarding my length of stay in FL that can all potential affect the financial value of my home purchase. Laura and Stuart advised me to instead look for another home that would better meet my needs and asked me to stay patient with what was available in the market, which really surprised me because she didn’t talk me into buying the home. For this very reason,I was very gracious to Laura and Stuart Lawrence for understanding my needs and taking care of my interest, and I knew I could trust them.I entrusted them to find me the RIGHT home, which proved to be one of the most precious and successful relationships I have ever had.In a very difficult situation where we could lose one or both of the two homes we were going to bid on, we were able to secure a beautiful home in a very popular community at a good price in Lakewood Ranch because of the voracious speed and constructive inputs Stuart and Laura had in presenting our offer to the Seller, not to mention the excellent skills Stuart Lawrence had in negotiating with the seller and to their agent.Stuart and Laura went the extra mile to make sure this was the right home for me and my wife, making sure we both understood the pro and the con of the home before making a final decision.The seller accepted our (and their first) offer within hours after the home came to the market and the whole process went so quick, before other buyers even had a chance to see the home!We couldn’t be happier with this home purchase. What can I say? Richard is exceptional! He's a consummate professional, who has a powerfully nuanced understanding of the entire Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch/Venice market. He was very communicative and intuitive, during the entire process of helping us to find a new home. I could honestly not have asked for a better, more pleasant experience overall. Debbie was thorough, effective and professional in all aspects of the listing and sale process. We interviewed several realtors; however, Debbie distinguished herself by putting the comparable properties in context. She explained how each home in the comparable-market-analysis listing was similar or dissimilar to our home – and she had photos to support her perspectives. She had an open house for our home on the two weekend days following when our listing went “live” with an offer deadline two days later. We received multiple offers and a selling price higher than our list price. Further, the magazine-quality photos she had done, including drone views and a virtual-3D tour, were quite exceptional.
