Maurice and Lin did a fantastic job selling my mother's condo. The sale went through within a month of the listing date and everything went smoothly. Maurice and Lin went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and took care of all the details. They were very pleasant and we enjoyed them both.

This was our fourth transaction with Kristen, and as always, it went flawlessly. The listing price she suggested was right on the money thanks to her expertise. The house was sold to the first person that viewed it. Her knowledge of home construction and remodeling is a huge benefit to anyone buying or selling a home with Kristen and she can provide such insight into any issues that may arise. She has a warm and caring personality that makes her a joy to work with. Kristen was always responsive and answered any questions that arose. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Kristen and you could not find a better agent!

My husband and I decided to “follow our dream” and relocate to the Sunshine State of Florida. After researching the various part of Florida, we decided that the Sarasota area was the best match for us with all of its cultural opportunities, diversity, gorgeous beaches, and housing options. We were uncertain about what type of living we desired or what type of community we would like to be a part of. Over the years we have worked with numerous realtors but found Wendy Egan to be at the very top of our list. Her delightful personality, work ethic, obvious intelligence, as noted through her MBA accomplishment and fluency in the Spanish language, was so impressive. She spent numerous hours taking us to various communities to preview single-family homes as well as high-rise condos. She was always readily available to answer questions no matter what time of day. After deciding to make an offer she became a great negotiator getting us a more than satisfactory price. When we entered into a contract we needed a fair amount of “hand-holding” to help us understand the jargon and the Florida Law. She did an incredible job making us feel confident in our understanding of every line. We absolutely love our new home and thank her for guiding us to this purchase.

Just a week ago Helene brought to a successful conclusion the sale of my and my husband’s home in Venice. As real estate experiences go it was a pleasure primarily because of Helene’s careful and caring approach to her work. Because I needed to be at our northern residence the entire time the house was listed, marketed and sold, I needed an agent I could trust throughout the process. Helene not only represented our interests as sellers but had the experience and knowledge to anticipate what needed to be done at every stage. Our house sold in ten days. Helene rose to the challenge and never failed to consult and advise and patiently explain when it was needed. We learned very quickly to trust both her judgment and advice. She is not only a master of details but also a great strategic thinker. Helene’s also a terrific person and fun to be with. I recommend her without reservation.
