We cannot possibly say enough good things about Adrienne. She worked extremely hard for us at every stage of the process, which seemed to hit one speedbump after another: the intense selling environment, the challenge of getting homeowners insurance, seller quirks, etc. It is very safe to say we would never have found our dream house without her assistance. From the very beginning, she took a personal interest in us; she always made us feel more like friends than clients. She took the time to learn exactly what kind of house we wanted, what our must-haves and nice-to-haves were, and get listings to us that fit our criteria. She was quickly able to see the prospective homes as we would see them, which saved a lot of time and hassle. It was very difficult and somewhat discouraging at some points due to the lack of inventory and intense competition for the few homes that were available. Adrienne kept our spirits up and helped us craft an offer that got us the house of our dreams. Even though we were outbid (as we later found out), we still got the house because Adrienne was able to find out what was most important to the buyer and address the buyer’s key goals in our offer. That tipped the scales our way. The sale process was not as clean as we would have liked due to several issues beyond her and our control but Adrienne helped us steer through every iceberg along the way. Most notably, the deal almost fell apart because the roof was older, and finding an insurer to cover the home was proving very problematic. Adrienne found a great insurance broker who got us coverage and saved the deal, while also lining up roofers who would be able to help us, just in case. This is only one of many examples we can cite to get the process to the finish line. Adrienne is a credit to your organization and we would encourage any buyer or seller to hire her in a New York minute. We can’t imagine they would find anyone who would work harder for them.

Grace was the key to an essentially effortless process of purchasing a property that I had been interested in for a long time. She was an excellent communicator during the entire transaction which I was trying to manage remotely from my home base in Colorado. I truly could not be more pleased. On a personal note, she was also a true pleasure to work with. I also have a family member who may be looking for a home soon in Sarasota and I have forwarded Grace's contact information. When looking at real estate companies, I was impressed with your story and success. I was very excited to use a female-owned company and the service we received was stellar. I called the office, was asked a few simple questions, and received a call from Linda that same day. Having very little knowledge of the area between Sarasota and Cape Coral, I had a ton of questions for Linda. She answered them all patiently and with knowledge. She asked pointed questions about what we were looking for in a property and most importantly, she LISTENED to us. Linda understood our desire to explore the area and knew we were in no rush to buy something. We had a short window of just one week to travel to the area and she had several great properties lined up for us from one end of the county to the other! We had a whirlwind first day which was informative, productive, and FUN! With the crazy FL market, I thought we were going to strike out on buying something, but that was OK because we had fallen in love with the area and knew after many years and lots of searching that Venice was going to be our target point. Long story short, on our last morning in FL a property popped on the market. It was perfect! The sellers did not want to do any showings because the weather was awful, but Linda worked her magic, got us in late that afternoon, and we wrote a contract that evening. She knew it was going to be a very popular property with the potential for multiple offers, so she suggested giving the sellers only until early the next morning to accept or decline our offer. It worked and we got the property. Since the signed contract and our closing, Linda has continued to go above and beyond to help us. She has been wonderful communicating with the seller's agent, provided all documents needed to keep our "snowbird" renter happy and in place, and even gave up a Friday night to hang out at the condo with the cable guy!

We would like to say thank you to both Janie Vaughan & John Harms. Janie made the whole process a positive one. Her energy, her willingness to assist us in any way, her upbeat friendly attitude was just wonderful! Janie's communication toolbox was full. Her texts, phone calls, emails & notices when something had to be signed or decided were quick and clear. No balls were dropped. John was so relaxed and kind. Over the past several years we worked with Edie on 5 separate real estate transactions and she never disappoints. We have found her to be professional, hard-working, collaborative, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the market. My sister and I hired Crystal to sell my parents' house based on a friend of our brother who spoke highly of her. We had never met her when we asked her to represent us. My sister Suzanne finally flew down to Florida to meet with Crystal after the process was well underway. Unfortunately, due to family health issues, I was unable to go to Florida. Crystal went above and beyond what we had expected she would do. She was very prompt at returning phone calls, and just as quick replying to emails. She is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice when trying to de-clutter the house. There was never a delay. The entire process went smoothly. In this day and age, it was nice to know we could trust people to do what we hoped they were going to do. We kind of went in blindly, and Crystal assured us the entire way that all was going well. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. We were buying from out of state and even though my wife was raised in Sarasota and we’ve been visiting for 30 years, we had lots of questions. Jeff answered them all and most importantly he listened and quickly narrowed in on what worked for us.
