Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Sally’s diligence, compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her work. She was available during the weird hours we sometimes needed to speak with her, she was incredibly patient with my mom (who is afflicted with early-stage dementia) and provided “feet-on-the-ground” support for us (as we are located in New York). Everything Sally did, she exuded the highest level of service and when trouble-shooting needed to be done, she was spot-on with her recommendations. I only hope that we have occasion in the future to refer folks to Sally. You are quite fortunate to have her on your team!

Mark is an outstanding resource for the greater Sarasota area ... he really knows the business and the communities. As good as the sale of my brother's house went which you handled in 2018, the knowledge and commitment of both of you brought about steady progress to a conclusion that was extraordinary in all elements of the sale of my house. You deliberated on what would be the best marketing strategy. That which you finally recommended resulted in one day on the market with several offers above the listing price. I don't have any more Venice houses to sell, but if I did, I would certainly want to have you and Louisa handle that sale too.

Carol did a superb job for us. We plan to move to The Glenridge in Sarasota when the new houses are built in 4Q22. In February 2021 we asked Carol to test the “hot" market and see if anyone would buy our house and let us live in it through May 2022. The house was listed for 2 months without a satisfactory offer. It was taken off the market in April. During the summer Carol received an inquiry from a buyer. She sent them the video and a copy of the plans which she made in the Spring. They liked what they saw and made an offer to buy our house sight unseen at the price we set, agreed to close in 2021, and are allowing us to live in the house until June 1, 2022. So without going through the awkward listing process she identified a buyer who made an acceptable offer. She kept us informed every step of the way and stayed on top of the document flow. All in all, she did a great job!!

We just want to express our appreciation to our agent, Audrey Peabody. Audrey was extremely personable and professional to deal with. She devoted her time to helping us secure our property in Florida and we are extremely pleased. She was a pleasure to deal with. We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude for having Michael Habony as our agent. He's very knowledgeable and has a professional business disposition that we depended on during the time we spent looking for our winter home. We were difficult at times and Michael was firm but patient explaining Florida Real Estate Law and ethics. I'm glad we had him as our agent. He promptly sent listings and checked on many properties on our behalf over the 3 years or so we spent looking from Maine. Our experience with Yvonne Wolf has been excellent! We were referred to Yvonne thru Reece Nichols Real Estate in Kansas City a little over a year ago. At that time my husband and I were in the process of getting our home ready to put on the market and looking for a home in the Englewood, Florida area. In Oct 2020, I came down accompanied by my daughter and met with Yvonne. We talked about what my husband and I were looking for in a retirement home. As we searched for and viewed homes, Yvonne suggested we build in the SCG area and we met with a builder and viewed a model home. I instantly fell in love. As the process began of finding a great lot, she was experienced in helping us get the right one for us. Her recommendation for a builder was excellent! Yvonne, from the beginning, has been a joy to work with! She has a great attitude and I always looked forward to talking with her! She was great at communicating with us each step of the way. Always returned our phone calls promptly or resolved any questions or issues we may have had. We are currently living in Texas with our daughter and only make it down there every couple of months, so Yvonne has graciously made several trips to our build site to take pictures of the progress of our home and send them to us. Yvonne’s name is the only name we give to friends when they state they are looking for a home in Florida because we believe she is the best to work with! I cannot say enough great things about her as an agent or a person!
