We have been absolutely delighted with the smooth process of selling our home, despite the challenges of the pandemic and us being overseas. We first came to know Debi when we built the property as a holiday home back in 2014. Since then, she has become a good friend and neighbor, watching out for the property and providing helpful information about the local real estate market and a couple of home valuations. Therefore, when we made the decision to sell, it was natural that we should ask Debi to market our property. She did a superb job, especially given the constraints of Covid and we having been unable to get to the house in almost 2 years. As well as organizing a quick and smooth selling process, she ensured that a number of maintenance jobs were completed and packed up and stored our personal possessions. We were kept fully up to date throughout by email, WhatsApp, and several Skype calls. We can't thank Debi enough. To say we're delighted is actually an understatement. We look forward to catching up with her as soon as my doctors tell me it's safe to travel. And last but not least, thank you Debi for donating part of your fee to the MSC Foundation. Another indication of how you're always thinking of others.

Our realtor, Bob Moffatt did an outstanding job in all areas of this transaction. Originally, we came in through another realtor. We immediately recognized that Bob was so knowledgeable of this unique and complex property that we had to work exclusively with him to negotiate a successful purchase. My wife and I had the extreme pleasure of meeting and working with Nicole (Nikki) DeSantis. She was very friendly knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs, while we were looking for a home in the Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch areas. Nikki worked extremely hard showing us properties throughout the county, answering questions, and introducing various people from mortgage to handyman. I recommended Nikki to a couple of friends that are looking and they were immediately impressed and plan to work with her to buy a property when they’re ready. My wife and I are so impressed, we plan on giving her a key to our unit and have asked if she would look after our unit when we’re not home, providing it doesn’t interfere with her job. We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful real estate service that was provided by Brian Meskil. He went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. When we first began our real estate journey over a year ago, we were still living in New York, and couldn’t easily hop on a plane during the pandemic to visit a potential new home. Brian patiently listened to our needs and wants and then offered to visit homes we were interested in. This was such a relief for us that he would go out of his way to help us. During the time we were looking for a home, we got to know Brian pretty well. He is extremely patient, honest to a fault, always positive, detail-oriented, kind, extremely knowledgeable not only about the real estate market in Florida but also other things that come with home buying such as potential inspection issues or house problems. He answered our numerous questions (and we mean NUMEROUS) with as much honesty as possible, never trying to oversell or pressure us. It was this honesty that we appreciated the most while working with him. Since my husband is also very detail-oriented, I am sure he asked more questions than the average home buyer. Brian always treated his questions respectfully and did his best to answer them. He also put us at ease whenever a concern arose by looking at the situation logically and helping us work through our worries. We will highly recommend Brian to all our family and friends if they decide to reside in Florida.
