Great day. Our 2006 condo that I've been carrying for 15 years has been sold. The closing took place on October 7th. I was able to sell the condo for more than I purchased, but holding on to it for this long ultimately was a bad investment. The last of our pre-downturn properties 2007/2008 are gone. It would not have happened if it wasn't for Sherri Mills our Realtor. Huge shout out to her. She originally found me with prospect and me not trying to sell the condo. I had a renter in the unit. When that person didn't work out, Sherri sold a unit one floor up very quickly and reached out to me again saying she knew she could sell our condo. I listed it and it sold in about 3 months. Sherri is a superstar, professional, has a big heart, and is on her game. I can officially say that I am now debt-free and semi-retired. That is a good feeling. Thank you.

When my father passed away, a friend in Nokomis recommended Jackie Kennedy to help sell my dad's home. Living in New Jersey and having to sell a home in Florida was a little daunting. Jackie quelled all of my anxieties, went out of her way, and always had a positive outlook the house would sell and sell fast. Her photographer's pictures of my father's home showed the essence of paradise to live there, and also gave me a wonderful remembrance of my mom and dad. Jackie priced the home just right and it sold immediately and way beyond my expectations. Not only did Jackie do an outstanding job selling my dad's home, she personally and genuinely cared about me her client, and my situation. It was a pleasure to work with Jackie and would do so if ever needed again.

We cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Cheryl was as our realtor! From the first time we spoke on the phone through the day of closing on our condo, Cheryl was professional, informative, and always available to answer all of our questions. She kept us informed every step of the way, as we were located in New York and looking for a vacation home in Florida. We recently sold our home in Maggie Valley, NC after being listed for only 12 hours. Buying a home here in Palmetto did not turn out to be as easy, as we made seven different offers before we finally secured a home! Linda and I could not be happier with our experience with Jonnie Dwyer. When we chose Del Webb to have our house built, our salesperson Jim Broun gave us Jonnie's name to sell our old house. Jonnie was always checking in with us during the whole process. She always protected us from questionable requests that arose from the buyer. When Linda decided to acquire an attorney, Jonnie sought one out for us and helped with the legal fee... We will ALWAYS AND ONLY tell people to use Michael Saunders & Company and if they're lucky, get Jonnie Dwyer as their agent.
