She helped me on the Sale and Purchase of my two properties. We recently completed the sale of our home in Longboat Key. Multiple issues came up during the process that our realtor, John Coutret, helped us navigate through to a successful closing. In my experience of buying/selling multiple homes, John is by far the best realtor we've ever used. He is very professional, diligent, patient, and provides clear guidance while allowing the final decisions to be ours. John knows the market very well and provided great insight into the local issues that helped us through the process. When requested, he contacted contractors that were needed and even stopped by our unit multiple times to address some issues himself. Any real estate transaction has a certain amount of stress and uncertainty. Ours was no exception. John has a unique personality that promotes a sense of calm reassurance to both parties that helped work through our many issues. I highly recommend John Coutret as an excellent realtor.

My husband and I have purchased and sold a unit in Promenade Condominiums this past summer, as well as recently purchased a unit in Tangerine Bay closing this past September 17. During each of the purchases and closing, we have worked closely with Debra Pitell-Hauge and Lisa Sebastian from beginning to end of the transaction. I have too many good things to say about Judy Nimz. Judy has helped us both as buyers and as sellers. Most recently, she helped us sell a condo in The Meadows. Recently Maruta Miluns sailed us through the sale of our condominium at Perico Bay Club in Bradenton.
