My husband and I recently purchased a property in Venice, FL using Linda Carlstrom as our agent and your company. We had the best experience. When looking at real estate companies, I was impressed with your story and success. I was very excited to use a female owned company and the service we received was stellar. I called the office, was asked a few simple questions, and received a call from Linda that same day. Having very little knowledge of the area between Sarasota and Cape Coral, I had a ton of questions for Linda. She answered them all patiently and with knowledge. She asked pointed questions about what we were looking for in a property and most importantly, she LISTENED to us. Linda understood our desire to explore the area and knew we were in no rush to buy something. We had a short window of just one week to travel to the area and she had several great properties lined up for us from one end of the county to the other! We had a whirlwind first day which was informative, productive, and FUN! With the crazy FL market, I thought we were going to strike out on buying something, but that was OK because we had fallen in love with the area and knew after many years and lots of searching that Venice was going to be our target point. Long story short, on our last morning in FL a property popped on the market. It was perfect! The sellers did not want to do any showings because the weather was awful, but Linda worked her magic, got us in late that afternoon, and we wrote a contract that evening. She knew it was going to be a very popular property with the potential for multiple offers, so she suggested giving the sellers only until early the next morning to accept or decline our offer. It worked and we got the property. Since the signed contract and our closing, Linda has continued to go above and beyond to help us. She has been wonderful communicating with the seller's agent, provided all documents needed to keep our "snowbird" renter happy and in place, and even gave up a Friday night to hang out at the condo with the cable guy! Your office provided us exceptional service from the very first person who picked up my call , to Linda, to Jackie O'Carroll in your closing office. 1/12/2022Last spring, our daughter, Kris Bagley, and her husband decided to move to Sarasota from Orlando. In choosing a realtor, I suggested Debra Pitell-Hauge. She had recently worked with close friends of ours in selling their waterfront home and relocating to a villa. They were verypositive in their evaluation of her abilities.Because Kris found a teaching position here, she has been living with us since last August when the new school year began. So we have been a part of the process of finding an appropriate new home with Debra and Lisa Sebastion.Together they made and outstanding team – very professional and thorough in guiding Kris through this process. Janie was a delight to work with! Janie made the whole process a positive one. Her energy, her willingness to assist us in any way, her upbeat friendly attitude was just wonderful! Janie's communication tool box was full. Her texts, phone calls, emails & notices when something had to be signed or decided were quick and clear. No balls were dropped. Janie was a pleasure to work with and made us feel like we had a new Florida friend. We absolutely love our new home.

My husband and I purchased a 15 acre farm in myakka with the help of Linda and her team. Linda’s experience and local connections helped us tremendously. We didn’t really know what we were looking for, but after showing us a few properties she is so on top of new listings that we were able seize an opportunity that was just what we wanted. It was a complicated situation with an agricultural classification. It was only through her willingness to met with people at all hours, connect us with the people who could help get answers for us and make sure all the details were addressed that we were able to close in a relatively short period. You won’t find a better realtor than Linda Driggs.

I would like to recommend Real Estate Agent, Barbara Milian. She assisted my husband and me with the purchase of our home in Sarasota. We have worked with many real estate agents over the last eight years looking for the perfect city in Florida to call home. We can say with confidence that she is the best agent we have worked with. Thank God for Irene. She is not only friendly and warm but very knowledgeable, professional and honest too. It was not easy to purchase a house these days especially being first time homebuyers and with the bidding and prices getting crazier each moment that we thought we will not be able to find a house. She has guided us, made sure we understand every details of the contract and answered our questions. She has been with us in our journey beyond the closing deal --months beyond, that when we met some issues with our septic tank multiple times, she contacted the seller and assisted in finding solutions. She also gave us information who to contact in making sure the house is kept at its best and made sure we have all the warranty we needed to cover. We thought we know just fine but with Irene and Maureen we get to learn more, so much more. We are grateful that we crossed paths with Irene. We most especially thank God for her.
