This was our first experience with Michael Saunders & Company and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our primary contact was Jennifer Guzik, our sales associate. Jennifer listed and quickly had a contract on our rental property in Gulf Cove. Jennifer had several obstacles to deal with, as this property was occupied and the tenants produced several conditions that had to be met while showing the house. If you are looking for an honest, well-organized, professional real estate agent, I highly recommend Irene Slattery. My wife Maura and I meet Irene in Englewood FL to start our next journey in life, looking for our retirement home. The plan from the start was to do some recon, and in one or two years, we would purchase something...well, that ended after 48 working with Irene. We have only great things to say about Nicole. My husband, John, and I started looking for a house in the Lakewood Ranch/Parrish area last July. Nicole spent many days showing us new builds; as well as, resale homes. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. After we signed a contract to build with Medallion, Nicole continued to keep in touch. She took precious time to attend our structural and design meetings, her insight was so helpful. We have reached out to her so many times asking for recommendations for restaurants, inspectors, a nail salon, etc. We don’t know what we would have done without her! On top of all that, Nicole is so sweet and thoughtful. She is a joy to work with.
