I found Tammy via a referral from family friends in the area. I am located in NY and had a family member unexpectedly pass away in Florida. The first thing I did once things settled down was find Tammy and from there on out the process was smooth as could be. The house was fully furnished and Tammy helped to assist in finding auctioneers to liquidate the belongings. I accidentally let the water and electric bills go past due and one day during a visit to the house she found the notice and paid them without a hesitation. She was a tremendous asset in the process and there is no way I would have been able to handle everything going on without somebody like her on my team. She coordinated all the steps of the process making my job easy and much less stressful than anticipated. She staged the house perfectly and we got into a multiple offer situation, all much over asking price and ended up closing with a great cash deal with no bumps in the road. Although I am not local to FL so I cannot recommend Tammy to people in person I hope this review serves as a reason to do business with Tammy as she will not steer you wrong! Thank you again Tammy!
