Lisa showed us a few houses in our requested area. The last house she showed us we were going to submit an offer on but just as we pulled away it went pending. We then asked Lisa to put an offer on a home we went to as an Open House. She did and assisted us along the way, negotiating on our behalf until we had a deal with the homeowner. From contract signature to close Lisa and her team were on top of all the details and explained different aspects of Florida real estate we were not clear or aware of. We could not be happier with Lisa and would absolutely recommend her to all.

We were so fortunate to find such a wonderful realtor. Buying a property during the height of the market was such a challenge but Joseph made my dream come true. While he represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction he always kept our best interests at heart in a fair and equitable way.
