My experience with Jonathan was so great that I don't want it to be over! I have dealt with countless brokers over the years (I have moved more times than I would like to count) and I have never come across one as kind, genuine and transparent as Jonathan. We should all be so lucky as to have a "Jonathan" in our hometown. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

My wife and I found Marie to be a very hard working, friendly, and knowledgeable real estate friend. We call her friend because of her sincere interest in our real estate needs but even more telling was her kindness and interest in us as people. Pam was such a pleasure to work with! She was so helpful, above and beyond, with the purchase of our condo. We are from another state and everything was done remotely due to Covid. She was always available with our many questions and concerns. Any request we had was taken care of by her immediately. We loved working with her. Denise was extremely knowledgeable about selling our home as it was the first time for us! She gave us advice and was always (trust me when i say always) available to us. She made a deal that suited us above what we were expected for our home and taking a short time to complete the deal! When we met Yvonne over a year ago, we thought we knew what type and price house we wanted. She helped us narrow down our search and with an eye on the local market (and some help from her "associate" and husband, Brian, she located our beach house, did a video walk through and started the purchase process while we were in Ohio! When we went down to physically see the house, she had an entire inspection team in place, all in one day and we ended that day owning a home oceanfront, in Florida, as we'd been dreaming and planning for, for several years. We joked along the way that she would get us in a house before this Christmas and the joke came true! After the sale, she provided information for every aspect of owning a home there, from utilities to house sitters to contractors. Thank you, thank you, Yvonne and Brian.
