My experience with Debra Gurin has been sensational. Debra is a total professional. She juggled a crazy, hectic itinerary during my relocation pre-trip in the midst of an uber-charged sellers' market. I had complete confidence in her ability to help me navigate the offer phase as well as the labyrinth of moving parts leading up to my closing (yesterday). Debra remains calm at all times. She consistently took the high road when the seller and seller's agent did the opposite. She possesses a strong work ethic with what seems like endless capacity. I feel that Debra went way above and beyond and gave me support and guidance regarding matters that she could likely have viewed as "not her job". As I am relocating from Los Angeles and have not been able to manage this purchase from Florida, this aspect has been of tremendous value to me. Margaret is amazing, both as a person and as an agent. My wife and I called several agents in the area and Margaret was the first to get back to us. She listened, understood our needs, and set up a very efficient day of looking that made the flight across the country well worth it. Due to pricing, we were discouraged but Margaret kept our spirits high and found us at a few homes that excited us. Margaret never pressured us to move on a home even with potential competing offers coming in and kept us optimistic that with patience we would find what we were looking for. She worked very hard, always returned calls quickly and gave us all the time needed providing insights and wisdom beyond her years. She truly cares and quickly learned our needs well enough to provide reassurance about fit and value when we found the winner. Time and again she steered us away from some more expensive properties and toward homes with better value - impressive integrity. We are lucky to have met her - an awesome person!

Miss Jackie is the Best! She made a very difficult situation easy and simple! Jackie got to know US and what we wanted in a home and nailed it! Once we found the home, Jackie took care of everything! Even stocked up refrigerator, for when we arrived, which was much needed and appreciated. We had to purchase long distance, and we had no idea of the area. Miss Jackie introduced us to Venice, and this will always be remembered. Right from the start, Jackie knew the neighborhood that my wife would like to live in, and we were fortunate to purchase exactly what my wife wanted! Miss Jackie guided us through the unfamiliar Florida crazy real estate situation from afar. We knew we were in good hands through out the entire process! we are happy and grateful for her knowledge, experience and expertise!
