Barbara did a fantastic job helping us find our new home in Lakewood Ranch. We had been working with her coworker and found a house when he was out of town. Barbara stepped in and from the showing worked diligently with us to get a signed contract and close the deal. She is very well networked and had various businesses immediately reach out and work with us to enable a very quick close. We would highly recommend Barbara for your moving and relocation needs. We found Stacy to be professional, knowledgeable, driven and proactive. We lived out of state and she went the extra mile to help us find our dream home in an incredibly hot market that was, for us, a logistical nightmare due to the geographical challenge of our current home. She was able to determine what we wanted - even though WE had yet to determine what we wanted. We were completely overwhelmed…until we weren’t; because Stacy helped us sort through our wants and needs to find the perfect house. I cannot say Enough Good things about Philip Pisano! Let me start by saying; 5 Years ago my Parents first met Philip while strolling into the Michael Saunders Real estate location on St Armands Circle. They stayed in touch and 4 years later purchased there Dream Home with Philip! Having met on several occasion at this point and seeing the great care he took to exceed my parents expectations My Choice for a Realtor was easy. Philip is an exceptional listener, he makes searching for and buying a home feel like you have your best friend working for you. He had my best interest in mind from the beginning to the end. I should add that trying to buy a home in this Market is CRAZY! Yet with his guidance I found the perfect Home for my New start here in Sarasota on only the 2nd Try! Rob Did a wonderful job of doing what had to be done to show the home at its best. If you want your home to bring its true market value and want it handled with a minimum of aggravation…list it with Rob and follow his suggestions.

The experience with Tryla was excellent and very easy. She was very knowledgeable and truly very helpful all the way, and she was very respectful and not pushy at all. We bought a property in a different state than ours and we were trying to get some renovations done form far and we needed contractors to come by and take measurements to give us estimates. We could always count on Tryla to come and meet the contractors. She truly facilitated the process for us. I recommend her without hesitation.
