Gail Wittig and her team well more than exceeded your usual excellence. I have been fortunate to have Gail act for us six times. This last time must have been the most difficult for her, She had to arrange two listings, two stagings, all the showings, and the removal, storage, and eventual shipping to us of our belongings. During all of this, we were in Canada (our home). Along with this were closing issues and assisting us in the bureaucracy disposing of two cars. Through all this, Gail and her team were helpful, polite, efficient, and unfailingly polite.

Just wanted to express my awesome experience with Robert. He is an absolute professional with the utmost integrity and honesty! Robert and I have been in contact over the last 2 years or more to help me with a home in the Bradenton area from where I'm living now in south jersey we found a nice home and I knew I would not have to worry about anything because Robert would be on top of everything, if he needed to be there because of inspectors or whatever would come up he would be on top of it and would either call me or text me to keep me updated! It was great having such an ally on your side! So Robert is a friend who is going to look out for your best interest.

Alison took over all sales details with little effort on our part. Having a person like Alison working with us, long-distance, made the transition from seller to buyer with little effort. Peter was tasked with helping myself and my brother sell our parent's dated family home in Mote Ranch. To make it even more challenging, I reside in Connecticut and my brother was a first-time home seller. We were both on the deed and requested Peter keep us each in the loop equally.From the get-go, Peter, stepped up and kept us both apprised of the incoming offers, the status of the transaction once an offer was accepted, and ultimately the closing process all in a very timely and professional manner. We are grateful and appreciative of Peter’s knowledge and attention to detail. And who knows?
