I am pleased to share my experiences with my recent house sale. When looking for a realtor, I immediately called Leah who lived in the neighborhood and had answered questions I had had in the past. Leah knew Glenn Lakes and was on top of the rapidly changing market. She listed and got my asking price within a few days. Prior to the sale, she made excellent suggestions of improvements I should make to the outside of the property. She also put me in touch with local tradespeople who could complete the work. She answered all my questions, kept me informed through the whole process, and was very easy to work with.

I cannot speak more highly of Rachelle, she is an absolute rockstar! she went way above and beyond what anybody would ever expect from a realtor. She was responsive and tenacious. She was always available, even when she was out sick, she never stopped. When needed she would drive by my property to check on it, living in Chicago, honestly I can't thank her enough for the stress and burden she lifted from us. I have referred her to a friend in the past and I would never hesitate to refer her to anybody, she truly is a great person and the best agent I know.

Erin Halstead handled the valuation, marketing/listing, and sale of our lots. Even with some unresponsive buyers holding things up, Erin stayed in touch and worked diligently to solve the holdup, and got the closing to happen. Erin’s listing included photos of our property that you didn’t see with other listings and I realize this is a seller's market but those kinds of extras typified Erin’s commitment to excellence. It’s also likely the reason our lots both sold in a week while other lots linger on the market. Erin is a pro's pro. I say that because I’m a real estate investor and have worked with many agents and Realtors in the industry. You get to know a gem when you see one and Erin is just that. First let me say what a pleasure it was having Nicole Ryskamp on our side during this process. She really checks off all the boxes when it comes to what you want and expect from an agent.
