Erin Halstead handled the valuation, marketing/listing, and sale of our lots. Even with some unresponsive buyers holding things up, Erin stayed in touch and worked diligently to solve the holdup, and got the closing to happen. Erin’s listing included photos of our property that you didn’t see with other listings and I realize this is a seller's market but those kinds of extras typified Erin’s commitment to excellence. It’s also likely the reason our lots both sold in a week while other lots linger on the market. Erin is a pro's pro. First let me say what a pleasure it was having Nicole Ryskamp on our side during this process. She really checks off all the boxes when it comes to what you want and expect from an agent. I can’t rave enough about Kathy. She was so attentive to our needs, so thorough in all the paperwork involved with buying a house, and always went the extra mile with any of our requests. I almost want to buy another house just to work with her! Great agent.

Maryann Casey recently sold our property on Manasota Key. She performed an outstanding job for us under difficult circumstances. Why difficult? Because we priced the property above her recommendation. Maryann stuck with us. She overcame hurdles dealing with potential buyers, renters, property service companies, and the agency managing our rentals. Finally, a great 1031 Exchange buyer made an offer that was modestly below our asking price. Are we happy, delighted? Yes. Maryann deserves the highest recognition.
