Our experience with Malihe Karimi was outstanding from start to finish! While we only first met Malihe in late March when we decided to list our family condominium for sale, my sisters and I were immediately impressed with Malihe’s warm, professional demeanor. It was, no doubt, a challenge to work with The Three Sisters who all live in three far corners of the US and yet she rose to the challenges every step of the process. Her artistic eye for detail was apparent with the careful staging of the condo. Malihe captured the subtle elegance and tranquil warmth that resulted in photos that immediately attracted interest! When that first offer came in within days of the initial listing, we were ecstatic. Then, when the financing stalled on the offer, Malihe was undeterred and went back to work. We appreciated that Malihe kept us well informed of both progress and stumbling blocks throughout our rollercoaster ride through the month that followed that initial offer. Her warm and positive personal attention through text messages and phone calls eased all of our long-distance sellers’ anxiety. Kelly is simply the best agent I have ever worked with. She has a relationship with my brother and sister-in-law and niece, but that connection cannot begin to explain her exemplary service. I think she is unique and that the service she showed us is par for the course for her; we were shown no special favors—this is the way she treats everyone. Her best quality is attention to detail. She listens and figures out what is of interest and provides a wide array of options because she so clearly knows the market. She also kept us on task at each turn, having a plan and frequent reminders of what we needed to do to get to closing. But that quality is almost equaled by her unusual ability to guide and lead without pressure. She listens, she suggests, and she lets things fall as they will. She has incredible patience. We changed our minds 20 times during the week we were looking, and she adjusted on the fly. No problem. Calls at all hours, instant responses. We never felt like she was tired of all the change of directions. She was always willing to take a new course. In the end, we didn’t find what we wanted during our week of looking, but she continued to think of us after we returned to Cleveland and brought us to our home when it came up within your group. In other words, she continued to think of us after we had decided it just wasn’t going to work in such an overheated market. Finally, she is just a nice person—interested in families, interested in what we have done in our lives. A wonderful person and personality.

Crystal was very personable, knowledgeable, and organized. She was able to answer all questions we had. Crystal was always available to help with anything. The level of service made you feel like you were her only client, but we weren't. Crystal really went above and beyond. She had names and numbers for any services we needed to get the house ready to sell. Her contacts were also at the same level of professionalism and were fair-priced. Crystal sold the house in three days. But our journey was far from over. We were building a new house. Crystal became our go-between with the builder she even came to the design center with me to pick finishes etc. When the house wasn't done on time, she even tried to help us find a place to stay. Unfortunately, things took a very unexpected turn when my husband went to the hospital. Crystal kept in touch daily to see how we were doing. She even got the name of an attorney to help me get power of attorney. Crystal really stepped up and listened to me and tried to get me in the house. Unfortunately, my husband never got to move into the new house. But Crystal did help me finally get into it. In my opinion, Crystal is a true gem. Crystal showed true caring and compassion to me, my daughter, and even the dog. I would highly recommend your company and Crystal Cosby to anyone that ever needs a real estate company.

My experience with Michael Saunders & Company was a pleasure from the initial meeting to closing. Diana Fischer was terrific! She was always courteous, prompt, helpful, competent, and professional. She always responded to my text, emails, and phone calls immediately. That is not for nothing! We recently purchased a new home and then sold our home through your company. The realtor we worked with was John Burkholder.John was fantastic to work with! We met by chance because a for-sale sign was accidentally placed on a piece of land that we owned. I contacted John and told him this and he took care of it right away. When we talked with him we mentioned that we were looking for some land to build on or a house to purchase. From the time that we talked to him, to the purchase of our new house, John was always in contact with us on parcels of land or houses that we may be interested in. He spent a lot of time working for us and ultimately found us the perfect house! Then when it came to selling the house that we were in, again he was right on the ball! Even after our move, John checked in to see how we were enjoying our new house. The very nice young man who we now consider a friend! We’re glad that the sign was put on the wrong property or we never would have met John! Everything has worked out perfectly and this is because of all the hard work John put into his job and finding us our new home!

Lisa assisted me twice in the last six months - once selling my condo and then assisting with my condo purchase last month. I cannot say enough nice things about Lisa.
