We were referred to Deb through friends of ours. Everything they told us about Deb was true! Her commitment to us as clients was evident from our first conversation. Jo-Anne Sckowska was recently the listing agent for the sale of our home in Venice, Florida. She showed great knowledge about recent sales in our area. My husband Ed and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Quigley on the sale of our home in Granada Park, and her help in buying our new townhouse at the Library Mews in downtown Sarasota. Kelly was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. We were out of town for part of the process and Kelly took care of so many details for us..we could not have done it without her help. This is the second home we have bought with Kelly's help and hopefully, we won't be moving again for a while! But I would definitely call her again and now consider her a friend.

We want to express what a great purchasing experience we had with agent Bambi Utton. Right from the beginning…..every phone call was returned, every appointment was kept and on time, and every question we had was answered. She was a delight to deal with. Under the “above and beyond” category... Bambi and her husband knowing that we were buying a place with NO furniture, asked if we wanted a FREE chair from another one of her clients who was getting rid of it. When we told her that we would love it.. they actually loaded it into their SUV and brought it over to our newly purchased condo. I can tell you, we’ve never had this level of service with any other home purchase. In addition, everyone in the Plantation office has been very helpful and accommodating. Approximately one month ago our Sarasota Condo was sold. Julia McClung was our agent. Julia was recommended to us by a friend but prior to listing with Michael Saunders, we had never met Julia. Tina Von Kessel worked with us this past winter/spring in our search for a seasonal property on the west coast of Florida. She made sure she understood our parameters and shared properties that fit our criteria. Tina is a great communicator both in person, in her emails, and on the phone. She was on top of every aspect of our search and got us in to see several properties in a timely manner when we were in the area. She is patient and made herself readily available when we needed information. She worked seamlessly with your Englewood/Boca Grande offices to get us into Hacienda Del Mar and to eventually buy a unit there.
