We met Judy Nimz last year when we wandered into her open house at a condo on Lido, after which she showed us several properties. We left Sarasota early because of Covid and contacted her this year when we returned. She had great places to show us, in diverse locations, and she was quite accepting of the fact that we couldn't agree about anything until we saw the condo we are in. The move, which happened very quickly because our home in West Virginia sold immediately, has been somewhat traumatic, and Judy has guided us through it all. Indeed, she still is! I expect we will stay in touch, and I would highly recommend Judy should the opportunity arise.

Not only did Pam treat us with respect and care as if we were family, but she was also a top-notch negotiator and professional. Pam ensured the process was flawless and easy for us. She provided expert advice, listed our home for a very competitive price, and obtained the selling price that we had hoped to receive. For a nearly 40-year-old home while lovely and decorated beautifully, it had not been updated with the modern kitchen and bathrooms. Pam helped potential buyers see past what the home did not have and envision what it did have. Every step of the way from the professional photography to the showings to the contract to the inspection to the closing, Pam was always available to us at a moment's notice. This was a hard decision to sell our family home as I recently moved in with my adult children, but Pam and your company helped us navigate through everything with grace.

We recently had numerous showings by Tammy Mast and found a home that we both really loved! Tammy was very professional and over the top very helpful with all of the information that we needed to buy this property. We had lots of questions about maintenance and inspections and she was there for us all the way through to the closing of the property and beyond! We have really appreciated all the help we have had working through this. We couldn’t be at the closing in person so all the transactions were done via email and it all worked out great!

We had listed with Michael Saunders in the past, with great results…so deciding to go with them was a no-brainer. We had planned to interview 3 real estate professionals, something we have done with all our past sales. During the conversation with Mark, it became clear to Susan and me that he truly had his act together, and was ready to hit the road running. The following week was spent by Mark and his team preparing to go to market. With every new step, it was clear we had made the right choice. The home was on the market for a day, and we had an offer that exceeded the asking price and the buyers were ready to move. Once we had contract in hand, we had to start looking for a new home and Mark was quite helpful here in this part of the transaction. The home we did purchase, which we love, was well known by Mark as it was a model home and we closed on that property in record time. This part of the transaction was a bit scarier as we all know landing a purchase deal for a new home these days is no easy task, but working together with Mark, we were successful! Mark, is very professional, knowledgeable, interacts with people nicely, works tirelessly, and is a joy to be around.
