Terri always made time for us and was tireless in going to check out listings in person that we could only see over the internet from 1,200 miles away, even over the holidays. Thank you to Ann Martin and Joanna Benante for their professionalism, care, and concern for us as both buyers and sellers during our most recent move here to Sarasota. There are not enough superlatives in the language to describe Ann's abilities to help navigate one through the maze. Lori Bollinger exceeded our expectations. It was clear to us that she did a lot of work behind the scenes to keep the property visible to extended prospects nationally. Our interactions were minimal and only as needed so we were free to live life normally throughout the process of the sale. We were pleasantly impressed with the level of service this company provides. It was top-notch.
