We are now happy full time residents in SRQ and have bought two homes and sold one with Barbara May.She is outstanding in every way and belive me I drove her crazy looking at many properties.I learned in the process to listen to Barbara and missed a few she had recommended to my dismay afterwards. Barbara is a real professional knows all the ins and outs of a complicated business, She had wonderful recommendations for services one needs and she always responds quickly to any question you have including doing good research for you when needed on permits etc.She is a delightful, interesting person to work with and I can see why many clients become friends , including myself. Robin was an absolute pleasure! We had limited time in Sarasota to view homes, and there was also low inventory. Robin patiently listened to our needs and wish list. She quickly found homes for us to view that met our needs and wish list. Because of Robin's efforts, we found our perfect home! She walked us through every step of the purchasing and closing process. Robin was simply fantastic. From our initial meeting and taking us around to homes quickly, as we were from out of town and didn’t have much time, to the myriad of steps through the entire process to our closing was just perfect!! Her knowledge, conscientiousness and follow-up, and helpfulness couldn’t be beat. Would completely recommend her to family and friends.
