Elisa was extremely flexible with us and we kept pivoting in this market. Our initial thought was buy something on the "keys." However, we pivoted and chose something downtown and a new build. She worked diligently to secure what we wanted...lots of emails back and forth for this new build. Always was patient with us and explaining every step of the way. She is professional in all her dealings and has your best interest at hear.

The best realtor in Florida! I couldn’t have found a better realtor for the purchase of my home in Florida. I met Philip at an open house and when I found another house for sale in the same neighborhood I called him with a request for photos of the house because they weren’t online yet. He went to the house a few hours later and toured the inside and out with photos and video. After I went back home out of state I had to really ask for a lot of help and advice when I wanted to make an offer. He was super helpful in getting me through the offer process. There were eight offers total and I got the house! He was so nice every step of the way and stayed in contact with me all the time. Buying a home is very stressful and he really eased my concerns. He is very responsive and returned my calls right away. Philip is a great realtor with a wonderful friendly personality. I have another family member who will need a house in the fall and you know I’ve already recommended Philip. If I ever decide to sell he will be my first call.

I spoke to Mrs. Lomanson just yesterday and she was very cordial and efficient through out our conversation. She asked important questions and had answers for my questions. Janis and Ron did a wonderful job for us! They found our perfect new home and since it was new construction, did lots of hand holding and were available at all developer meetings to make sure we felt comfortable and understood all the details. The sale of our Lakewood Ranch home happened by in one day by Collier's networking abilities! They were able to get us over list price, we didn't have the hassle of readying the house for showings and leaving. Since we have a dog this would have been a huge inconvenience. Janis and Ron are so easy to work with, they are a fine-tuned team where nothing falls through the cracks...in fact, working with Ron will give you a new sense of what follow-up really means! My experience working with Victoria was extremely positive. She went above and beyond with preparing our house for sale and to have it ready in the condition necessary to sell fast, and sell fast it did! Multiple offers and Victoria did an incredible job negotiating on our behalf and we ended up with a cash offer above list price, with a 3-day inspection period and a 2-week closing!! Job well done and will surely be referring her to family, friends, and colleagues.
