Six years ago Kim helped me find my first home in Sarasota. Coming from upstate NY I had no knowledge of the area and thus, little idea of where to land. After looking at no less than 100 homes over 2 years Kim found the perfect one! So there was no hesitation as to who I was calling when I decided I wanted to move closer to the city this year. This time however, the challenges were different. A red hot market with houses lasting hours, not days, before selling. As 6 months passed the frustration set in.....nothing that really was right but prices seemingly going up weekly. Kim was the only person I know that could keep me in the game and that she did. Her calm demeanor and true friendship were non-yielding. And true to her word, she not only found the exact house I envisioned but in the exact neighborhood I wanted! Adam is the most comprehensive agent I have met, with intimate knowledge of the area, completely accessible day and night throughout the closing and extremely organized to make the move smooth with simple things like a utility list, key cards for the gate and all the little details that make moving so tough. From the day we told Jody we would like her to list our home to the closing day, she was more than professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. . Kathy Harman was just fantastic to work with and she spent countless hours finding us the right home, at the right price in a very competitive market. Before Kathy, we were using a local AMI realtor (one of the largest on the island starting with an “S”) that was not responsive and had little knowledge or care of the sales process or what we really were looking for. I met Kathy at an open house and she reached out directly to us a few days later with options and a search strategy. I was blown away by both knowledge of real-estate, but maybe more importantly, her attention to detail and amazing work ethic. I have bought or sold at least 10 properties in my lifetime, and she is by far the best agent I have ever been associated with. I also want to say that the MSC title and MSC Mortgage company(s) were also great partners and everything was well coordinated resulting in a stress-free process.
