My experience with Margaret Kennedy was exceptional. She was everything one wants a realtor to be. We had several contracts on the same house and just when I thought all was lost, Margaret called with another deal. In the long run things worked out for me to purchase a house. She was never pushy, always patient, allowed me to process the situation and make a decision based on my own findings. She guided me along the entire process and helped with everything from A to Z. She still answers questions 14 mos later. She also gave me wonderful contacts for workers, hairdressers, church, shopping, etc. If Margaret didn't know the answer to a question she didn't stop until she found out. A most pleasant experience in a most difficult time in my life. Thank you Margaret.

Jack was pretty wonderful to work with! He patiently showed us the unit in beautiful Bella Villino via FaceTime and he didn't mind to take his time and explain every little detail that was of interest to us. When the time for inspection came, again he took his time and showed us the completed work via Face Time. He also offered help once we decided to rent the unit out and he conducted a couple of showings for us! Simply he was our eyes and ears in the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend Jack to anyone who is looking for a seamless purchase process conducted by an amazing human being and conscientious professional! I am sure that working an extra mile always pays off!

Amy was great! She did a very comprehensive evaluation of our property and price to list it. Amy kept us informed about every thing that was going on from other realtor comments to dates the property was shown. She had to work with some difficult tenants she was upfront and informative never complained, made good suggestions on dealing with them. I would recommend Amy to any one who is selling their property or looking for a new home.

Elisa is WONDERFUL! We were doing this long distance for the most part and only had three days to 'look' in person. To us, it felt like she had dedicated that whole week to making things work for just us-- but I know she was also busy taking care of others as well. That is a special talent!
