Not only did it happen, but it happened the first day the home was on the market. As the saying goes “it don’t get no better than that”. Working with Kristen was exceptional! She is so kind, nice, knowledgeable, and will help in any way needed. She is such a special person! She always communicated well and quickly. Answered all questions, helped in anything needed. Really loved meeting her and working with her! She is amazing! Worked with Lou on the loan part. She was very helpful also. Answered a ton of questions quickly and very well. She would work at night to get things done. so helpful, so knowledgeable! I really, really liked her! Wish I could have met her! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Our agent was Joanne Jenkins and we could not have been happier with the job she did. She made us feel comfortable and at home. She was always available whenever we had a question whether in person or on the phone. During the process, we felt like we made a friend.

Sara (my wife) and I had a very positive experience with Priscilla Adams and Susan Elkins. They make a great team and were both very responsive and helpful to our questions and needs. We appreciate their help in selecting competent firms for our inspection and subsequent corrective measures, as well as their guidance on steps to take and responses to the seller. We had the great pleasure of retaining the dynamic duo of Terri Derr and Rita Holbrook for the sale of our home at Sutton Place. It was the easiest house sale we have had. Terri was immediately responsive with my many questions. Rita handled the paperwork efficiently and most of all kept our review to a minimum. Even when things were touchy on the appraisal, Terri handled things calmly and professionally. Thanks to them, we got full asking price. We would certainly use them again although we hope to never sell or buy another house.

Jonathan Fox is a gem. Jon’s advocacy, communications, and negotiating skills are impressive, as is his deep knowledge of the real estate market in Sarasota and the surrounding region. We could not have managed our successful house purchase, which was made much more challenging because of the COVID pandemic, without Jon’s guiding hand and deft support. He was our necessary “eyes and ears” on the ground because we did not travel from our home in Massachusetts to the Sarasota area until after we had completed the purchase. Such risk-taking was rather uncharacteristic of us, but we had confidence in Jon’s ability to represent us effectively and transparently…which he did!
