Ryndie was a true professional, very sensitive to this transaction as it was moving my mom from her home into assisted living. Ryndie was mindful to what a challenging moment this was for me, and recommended a contractor prior to closing who got the job done right before we closed. This was a long process due to the poor market conditions in Florida but Barbara hung in with me to get my property sold. She is knowledgeable and keeps up with market trends. Her team is also great to work with. Molly was very helpful, all documents were available quickly to sign as she is on top of everything. I appreciate all the support I received during the sale of my house. Working with Barb and team was a pleasure and I highly recommend them when you need to buy or sell.
