Garry Neeves, is without a doubt an enthusiastic, salesman extraordinaire, who is highly personable, relatable, experienced and principled. Garry was truly remarkable at staging my home for maximum appeals before it went to the market. With thoughtful, beautiful brochures, reviews, newspaper ads, photographs and professional photographers tour of my entire house, along with many Sunday open houses and follow ups with each and every agent and potential buyers nothing was left to chance. Garry was always available to take my phone calls, answer my questions, make decisions and follow up with other agents. I have been working with Jamie (first) and Chris since 2014. She helped us find a home in a new area and got us a great deal of a house when we only had 2 weeks to find one. After 3 years, we decided to move again at Christmas,. (Challenging). It was a contingency sale from ours to the one we really wanted. We put in an offer and was accepted in 1 hour for the house we wanted. We sold our house in one DAY on the internet. Jamie and Chris worked hard to make sure we got the house we really wanted. We do not at this time have plans to move but if we do there is no doubt in our minds who we will call. Jamie is an amazing listener. She will take your wants and get to work to find it. Extremely organized and focused, she and Chris will do what is needed. She is creative, trying to find solutions to challenges on the way. I am so happy in my home. Thank you Jamie and Chris
