Had an amazing experience with both Brooke and Andy! They were both very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. Any questions that I had, I could just pick up the phone and they would answer. Since this was my first rental property, they were both very helpful in not only the buying experience, but I also picked their brains on the rental business side of things. By the end of the process, they were not only my realtors, but good friends! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a personal home or a rental property!

We first met Judy Nimz through a friend in 2021. We were looking for a house in Sarasota. Judy did a terrific job in closing our condo. Four years later, we decided to sell the property. It was a bit of a difficult sale, but Judy got it done. Judy is patient, positive and understanding. We wouldn’t use anyone else!!
