We were interested in a home in the Bradenton/Sarasota area and Janis had a couple of properties she was listing that we noticed. We called her and she immediately arranged for us to look at a number of properties that fit our criteria. Her professional demeanor, helpfulness and honest advice as we viewed numerous properties was invaluable. When we were prepared to make an offer on the property of our choice, both she and her husband Ron worked late into the evening to successfully put together our offer and also negotiated with the seller a mutually successful price. As we were new to the area, Ron's expertise and past experience was most helpful in assisting in reviewing closing documents and made us feel very comfortable in our choices for professional assistance for closing. Janis communicated regularly during the time period prior to closing and was even able to move the closing date sooner at our request. This was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable process for purchasing a home that we have experienced, and we feel like we have made friends forever with Janis and Ron.

Janis Collier was both very professional and very knowledgeable. On top of that she made it an enjoyable and fun experience. We are relocating to Sarasota, and did not know the town at all. Janis was also our tour guide,gastronomy guide,and cultural guide all rolled into one dynamic realtor. We would definitely recommend her, she is the total package!

Over the past seven years, we have bought and sold four houses for Sue and myself through Janis (and now Ron) Collier. The first three transactions were in a much easier market for a realtor, and were completed fairly quickly and with little in the way of problems. Janis and Ron did a great job and made it seamless to us as customers, and we appreciated it. This most recent sale came at a tough time for resales, and they took the job on. There were a lot of moving pieces that really needed their personal attention and effort. Did they complain? Not once. They were total professionals in every sense of the word and completed the deal for us with a lot of extra effort on their part. We could not have been more delighted with them and your office. In short, having been a business owner myself, I will say that I wish I had ambassadors for my company like you have with Ron and Janis. They will always get our business and our referrals as very happy customers.
