Our home sale with the Collier Group was the most pleasant and successful real estate experience we've ever had. Our home sold within 36 hours of listing, even before the "For Sale" sign went up. The entire process was superb, including the pre-listing conference, the professional photography, use of the internet, the property showings, interactions with buyers agents, and closing arrangements. The decades of Janis and Ron Collier's experience put us in good stead. Communication was excellent throughout the whole period. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Janis came highly recommended to us from others that moved into the Sarasota/Bradenton area. We first met via telephone and email. Janis delved deeply into our wants and desires and was instrumental in guiding us both professionally and personally in our pursuit to locate and purchase our villa. Since we live far away and had every intention in moving into the area we decided to meet with Janis and to spend the necessary time together looking at properties. From the moment that Janis picked up my wife and me, we had instant connections from both sides, and instant family ties were made. Janis had listened and selected several properties that either met or closely met all our criteria. We had success the first day, in fact we ended up placing an offer and purchasing the very first of 11 properties that Janis had lined up. Janis Collier had no reason to take me on as a client other than the fact that she has a heart of true gold. She was a friend of a very good friend of mine and simply because he asked a favor, she went from showing multimillion-dollar estates to clients one minute to allowing me to drag her from house to house for over a month. She spent way more time then I could have ever hoped for. Always delightful, compassionate and truly excited every time we found something that was a possibility. Ultimately, she was the one who found and drove me to the door of our dreams. The moment I walked in the front door I knew I was home. Her incredible generosity continued through the inspection and closing process where she went so above and beyond to make sure I was always in the very best hands. Not once did I ever sense even a slight feeling that I was a drain. Her drive, insight and empathy is beyond measure.

Janis chose a number of properties for us to look at and we ended up purchasing one we viewed at her recommendation. We relied on her expertise in helping guide our purchase decision and her insight was invaluable. Selling my house was a very long process in the beginning. I had not sold a house before and did not know what to expect. I interviewed 5 agents and selected the one I thought could sell my house. The art of selling a higher-end home is getting the list price correct in your local market. Well that did not work out with the first agent. We parted ways after we got no offers. Then I was recommend to Janis Collier and the Collier Group… that was the best move I could have made to sell my house. We spent a lot of time together trying to figure out how we could sell my house. Janis priced the house correctly and then things started to happen! She did a great job keeping me informed and if there was something that was not right about an offer, Janis always pointed out the pros and cons right away. Janis also was very polite and friendly which always put me at ease. Janis and her group, including her husband Ron and Mary, did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell a higher-end home. Thank-you Janis and your team… you did a great job!
