We recently purchased a villa in Heritage Harbor in Bradenton, Florida. We had never met Janis Collier before we went with her to search for a place (email only!). She asked questions and took us out and immediately knew what we wanted! After the second day we purchased our place . She and Ron Collier were extremely helpful with the purchase- actually more than any realtor we have dealt with in the past. They both went above and beyond what was necessary including setting up home inspection and doing final walk through while we were out of town at closing. Now, if anyone mentions that they might be looking for a place in Florida ,we immediately give them the Collier Group's name and contact information.
