We recently closed on our property in The Quay in downtown Sarasota. Lisa Allen was our tireless real estate agent. From the beginning of the process, she was so generous with her time and her knowledge of the area. We were originally looking for a long-term rental and eventually realized buying was a more logical option. Lisa allowed us to come to this conclusion on our own without any pressure from her. We met Alicia on 3/2/2025 at an open house in Rotonda West. We immediately liked her and thought she was professional, straightforward, and honest, so we asked her to represent us as buyers. We wanted a quick closing date of 3/31/2025. It wouldn't have been possible without Alicia's commitment, hard work, and thorough handling of the details of the sale. She kept in constant contact with us as soon as anything was required from our end. Alicia was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tasks to be completed, and in what order to keep things moving along. She was always available, and went out of her way to make sure we were kept up-to-date with every aspect of what was going on. If she was concerned that the title company, insurance company, mortgage company, etc. we're not keeping pace, she'd get in touch with them immediately and get things moving. She was always pleasant to work with, always professional, and really made a enjoyable experience out of a normally extremely stressful situation of buying a house. In the end, we closed on 3/31/2025, just as we wanted, when almost all involved, especially the title company, did not think it possible. We feel Alicia represented our best interests and was very honest and upfront with all aspects of the sale. We would highly recommend Alicia to anybody wanting a great real estate agent!

Words cannot even begin to convey how thrilled we were to have Alicia as our realtor during the sale of our home. Alicia did a stellar job in all aspects of the sale process. She was very thorough in her research during the preparation phase including the completion of a thorough market analysis in order to price the home competitively. She provided us with an excellent choice for a stager (and that proved to receive many compliments on the home's layout and decor) , as well as she chose an exceptional photographer that further enhanced the marketing appeal of the home. Our home was located in Rotonda West, FL and we initially were prepared to have the home sit on the market for a long time due to the saturation of the market in that area. That ,however ,much to our delight did not have to be the case due to the tenacity at which Alicia approached this sale along with her positivity that it would sell quickly. Alicia demonstrated her dedication in that she would travel an hour plus each way every week to hold 1st a realtor's open house and then weekend open houses, She indicated she would continue to do this each week until the house sold. After each open house she very promptly followed up with every interested person that came through the door. Alicia's excellent communication skills and knowledge of the market, as well as being an adept problem solver proved to be very helpful as we received an offer after just a little over a month on the market!! ( Many of the homes in that neighborhood have been sitting for numerous months so we were so incredibly pleased!!). Alicia then seamlessly navigated the sale of our home while being both our broker during the sale process as well as the buyer's broker during this transaction. All went very smoothly all the way to the early closing. Alicia was very knowledgeable during the whole process and took the time to answer any questions in a prompt manner any time of the day.
