It is always extremely difficult to buy something really big more or less sight unseen and from a long distance. Laurie was wonderful in allaying those fears. The house is perfect (exceeding expectations) and Laurie was there for us from beginning to end and even post closing as more and more deliveries arrived! She helped us in familiarizing us with the HOA and really looks out for us as we learn the community.She also helped us find affordable homeowners insurance, pointed us in the direction of-quality furniture stores, and offered helpful advice throughout.We can't recommend her highly enough. She is thorough, detail oriented, attentive, honest and professional.

Time was spent showing me condos that met my criteria. Didn’t waste time going to ‘units that I wasn’t interested in. Visited on my schedule and wasn’t rushed. Gave advice when ask for and didn’t push any one unit over another. Appreciated suggestions on insurance agents and title companies. Used 1 of the options for each service. Was keep informed of what was going to happen and when. The closing was extremely hassle free and fast. Highly recommend this team
