Working with our realtor, Lisa Allen, was truly such a meaningful experience for us. Mary Pat and Gerogina made selling our house a smooth and pleasant experience. They knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. We highly recommend Dave Hall to be your realtor whether you are looking for that perfect house or want a dedicated, hardworking realtor to represent you as a seller. My husband and I met Dave at one of his listings. He was on time, prepared with lots of information and took the time to show us several homes on our first meeting. Dave listened to our wants and "must haves" in our search for a home. He created an auto search based on our specific criteria which was very helpful. I’ll be honest, I was pretty hesitant going into this. I’ve dealt with enough people who come in with high-pressure sales tactics and a lot of fluff, so I was expecting more of the same. Anthony completely changed that for me right out of the gate. He came in with an actual strategy, walked me through everything in a way that made sense, and never once made me feel pressured. That alone immediately put me at ease. We listed on a Thursday and had an open house scheduled for that weekend. Before we even made it to the open house, we were already getting calls, private showings, and multiple offers. The house was only on the market for 4 days before I accepted the highest and best offer… which ended up being $10K over asking. That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s strategy. He’s professional, responsive, and clearly knows what he’s doing. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t be. He’s the real deal.
