We have lived in our Sanibel house for 29 years. When we decided a couple of years ago to sell, we asked our friend, Deborah Gleason, to be our agent. The fact that we now have a contract, and a January closing date, is evidence enough that she has represented us well through what has been one of the worst housing markets on Sanibel in more than three decades. Throughout the sales process she has offered her help and advice, and she has listened to our perspectives. We made life difficult for her because we continued to live in the house full time, but she has had excellent suggestions for preparing and staging the house for showings under those conditions. Her recommendations regarding pricing-a moving target in this market-have been realistic, both for us as sellers and to attract potential buyers. It's not been easy because we lack a feature most buyers say they want-a pool. But based on the many showings we've had, the pricing has been on target. And we've had two serious offers. Thanks to skillful negotiating, the second offer ended successfully, and at a higher final price than the first offer. Deb is a hard worker, her knowledge of the island is without equal, she goes the extra two miles when needed, and she always has a smile. Those traits undoubtedly made her a welcome partner to the buyers' agent as well. For us, Deb has exhibited the very best characteristics of a Sanibel real estate agent. We thought you should know.

My wife and I have worked with Lisa Rooks Morris to successfully sell our condominium at the Vue. The process became very complicated due to buyer actions including issues with his agent and even communications with the buyer's attorney. Lisa successfully led us through the process and worked extremely hard to lead us thru the entire effort. We know that Lisa always had our best interests in mind and ensured that procedures were followed to ensure the legality of all actions and a successful closing. I would like to thank EVAN WEBER for exceptional great service. Living in Michigan, it was hard for us to be there during the building process. EVAN went above and beyond the call of duty keeping us informed of the progression. He used photo and video for inspection sending us updates on a weekly basis. We managed to swing down there for a three day trip and he made time for us. He provided local retail information and even helped us summarize the unit until we get down there in July .

Just a brief note to tell you how much I appreciate everything that Sherry Dominick did to sell my condo on LBK on June 12th- She was very helpful throughout the whole process from the time it was listed until it was sold. Eileen was a joy to work with. She sold our mom's condo in 1 day. I handled most of the logistics for my mom and Eileen went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. My mom had alot of anxiety with the decision to sell her condo. Eileen's kindness and compassion really helped with the transition of moving mom to Ohio to be closer to us. Megg Faillance served as my listing agent for the recent sale of my condo in Bradenton. I was so pleased with her professionalism, warmth, and patience. My unit sold quickly, but the closing was rather complicated. She did a marvelous job in coordinating all the moving parts and kept both myself (the seller) and the buyer calm.
