In 1998 we bought our first property on Longboat Key with Cathy Meldahl's assistance. Now in 2026 we have bought our new home in Sarasota again with Cathy's help. She is extraordinary! Patient, always professional, knowledgeable and extremely able. Her guidance made what appeared to be an insurmountable task successful. Always positive and capable she made a seemingly impossible situation viable. We have enjoyed the services of Debbie Ringdahl over the years (our first purchase with her was in May of 2000!). In fact, she has been the agent for some five real estate purchases/sales for us. She has been our go-to agent for both purchases and sales. That being said, we are a bit biased, but since she is relatively new to your company you need to know what a valuable asset Debbie is to your team. We’re snowbirds from Maryland who just made the decision a few months ago to buy a seasonal home in Sarasota. We had met Michael James last year when we wandered into his open house while out for a walk near our rental house in Arlington Park, and kept his card because we were impressed with how easy he was to talk to and how well he knew the neighborhoods close to downtown Sarasota. Michael got back to us right away after we reached out this past January. We felt he really listened and understood exactly what we were looking for right from the start. He gave us terrific advice that helped us focus quickly and clearly on the neighborhoods we were most interested in and the specific houses/prices/locations that best met our needs. We also appreciated how quickly and clearly he communicated (both by email and text), and Michael arranged to show us two houses of interest right away. He then helped us submit an offer on one the very next day and was invaluable in helping us negotiate the final price with the seller. He also referred us to a good real estate attorney and detail-oriented home inspector, kept us informed about every step along the way, and made the entire process less stressful -- and we were able to close on the house just a month after viewing it for the first time. Michael handled every aspect of our house selection, negotiation, and transaction promptly and professionally, with our best interests in mind. Beth and I worked well together. She was always a text or phone call away. It’s been several years since I sold a property and Beth always explained any differences that I questioned. When a buyer did not show up or was extremely late for a showing , I would call to let her know. She would immediately contact the buyers agent to determine why. We had some interesting buyers and agents too. She worked with me on open houses and kept me informed on the market in my area. She offered assistance for items I might need and always available to come by the house. Beth was professional and attentive to my needs. She is an excellent representative of your company.

My name is Karen Heller and I was tasked with cleaning out and selling my sister’s home in Englewood, FL. Cheryl Siple was recommended to me by a personal friend. I have sold other properties in the past but I have never had such a wonderful agent. She was involved from the start with helping me dispose of valuable items and physically taking dozens of bags of things for donation. She had recommendations on what should stay and what we needed to move out. She had connections for workers who could handle small and large jobs. They were very good and prompt. When I was across the country she checked on the house and realized the thermostat had stopped working, so when I needed repairmen to be there, she unlocked and then relocked the house after the repairs. When the house was inspected she recommended workers for repairs that had to be done and handled those. I was out of the country during the proposed settlement date, so she made sure I had everything signed before I left. I can’t say enough good things about Cheryl’s performance, and then she sent me a gift box for being able to sell the property! You have a gem in your company, appreciate her as I do!
