Recently my house in Sarasota was sold with Anne Mitchell as the listing agent. The sale occurred after having the house on the market for nearly one year. Throughout the process Anne provided to be both a tested advisor to me as well as a tireless advocate for the sale. As an example, as the closing date was approaching, the buyers mortgage lender unexpectedly raised issues that delayed closing. Anne stayed in constant contact with both the buyer's realtor and the mortgage broker. In fact, Anne worked harder to insure a timely closing than the buyer's agent. All to say, I was well pleased with Anne and Michael Saunders behind her.
