Fred was probably one of the best realtors I have worked with and my wife and I have bought and sold 17 homes. He took time to learn the house he was selling which I think helped with the showings. We had a complex market with an expensive home and he helped deliver. I am very pleased with him and would use him again for investment or personal real estate.

Philip was a pleasure to work with. We explained the kind of property and amenities we were looking for and our budget. He sent us various listings and by liking and not liking certain listings he was able to show us 7 properties that met our needs. He is very knowledgeable about the area and pricing. He was also helpful during and after the closing process.

This is the second time we have worked with Linda on the sale of our homes. She is without a doubt the most efficient and well-prepared realtor we have ever worked with. We didn't hesitate to call Bernadette Caswell when we decided to put our downtown condo on the market. Bernadette is not only a dear friend, but she has helped us with a couple of real estate transactions before this sale. She had quickly and efficiently sold our condo in 2019, helped us purchase in 2020, and recently helped us sell it after just a few days of going live on the listings. We are very much aware (and in awe) of her expertise and the excellent care she shows and gives her clients. Bernadette is the gold standard of professionalism and real estate savvy. She also goes the extra mile to steer her clients on a stress-free process. For example, we were abroad in the Middle East and the Philippines during the negotiations, and while she was sensitive to the time zone differences, still kept the negotiations on track and in a short time secured a signed contract. She has quite a comprehensive trove of contacts to provide solutions to questions both directly and not necessarily directly related to the sale. She was very hands-on with the perfect staging of our condo, and subsequently, when her busy schedule allowed, helped clear its contents, which was beyond the call of duty - but that is Bernadette. And, she always had, and has, such a cheerful disposition that certainly gave us peace of mind. In a vast field of Real Estate agents, Bernadette to us is the creme de la creme. We will always turn to her in any future real estate undertakings.
