I was blessed to have Richard Hearn as my realtor. My home wound up taking several months to sell, but Richard put in the work to hold Open Houses and meet potential buyers at scheduled showings. He always followed up with prospects and he kept me informed through the entire process. He also went above and beyond to offer help at the house whenever I was out of town.
