I hired Ms Angers because I saw her great results in selling homes in our neighborhood - Serenoa Golf Community. She is successful not just because she prepares you and your home for the sale, but because of her interest. She pays great attention to detail. She knows how to bring out the best features of your home. Knowing how to stage the house is a gift that she has. If a problem pops up, and believe me there will be unexpectant problems, Rachel solves them. She acts immediately for you and finds you the right person to solve the problem or do the repair. She evaluates the market and consults with you to decide on a listing price. She guides you through the thinking process and the paperwork. She handles negotiations and works closely with her broker so that you get the best price. When you have a showing, she is there early. She wants to highlight all the qualities of your home and make sure that the potential buyers see them. She blows leaves off your driveway and sidewalk. I've even seen her pull weeds! And, after the showing, she turns off the lights and locks the doors. Rachel Angers is a professional agent you can rely on and trust to sell your home for the best price. Dave Hall was our realtor and was nothing short of amazing and fantastic. He was super helpful and kept us educated and informed through the whole process. He really went above and beyond. Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with the level of excellence we received from your firm. Most specifically, we could not have found a better representative than Larry Cushing. Larry is everything many realtors are not. He was honest, direct and professional and at the same time, warm and friendly. He truly made us feel unpressured and confident in our choices. He was respectful of our needs and responded appropriately. He far exceeded what is considered the norm. Additionally we were lucky enough to have the expertise of Kimberly Maiello to handle the closing. Again, a wonderful, respect and professional representative of MSC. She was thorough and patient and answered all our questions and even provided info on items we hadn't even considered! Overall our experience was a 10 out of 10 and we would recommend MSC to anyone who needs real estate assistance.

We worked with Kathy and Todd Callahan on the recent sale of our home on Longboat Key, and subsequent purchase of our new home in Lakewood Ranch. From the day we first met, an appointment to go over their analysis of our home with regard to the current market, to closing days and beyond, Kathy and Todd have been most excellent in every way. This decision was not easy for us, we've loved our Longboat Key home. Kathy and Todd understood this and helped us all along the way to feel secure that they shared the care for our home, and were always working in our best interest. The negotiations it took, juggling both the sale and purchase virtually at the same time, in order that it would all be successful, was really daunting. This is where Kathy's patience, determination, and negotiating skills were simply amazing. And Todd's knowledge and expertise backed us up all along the way. We were given folders with every possible detail enclosed to bring us through the closing on each property. This level of detail was so helpful and I doubt most realtors go to this level of care and service, offering to be at our home, or the new home, any day, any time, to support us in the process. Honestly there is no way to overstate how happy we are that they were the realtors we chose! We are so grateful to Kathy and Todd, and recommend them highly to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home.

When my house was flooded after hurricane Helene I didn’t know any real estate agents whom I would have liked to sell the house. My attorney suggested Judy Wright who had worked in their real estate division for many years. It was a joy to work with her, I knew from a brief initial meeting that she was the person I liked and could trust. She was meticulous in handling all the various issues and kept me informed about them regularly. She also has a lovely soft voice which made it a pleasure to speak with her. I would heartily recommend her for any potential clients.

We have lived in our Sanibel house for 29 years. When we decided a couple of years ago to sell, we asked our friend, Deborah Gleason, to be our agent. The fact that we now have a contract, and a January closing date, is evidence enough that she has represented us well through what has been one of the worst housing markets on Sanibel in more than three decades. Throughout the sales process she has offered her help and advice, and she has listened to our perspectives. We made life difficult for her because we continued to live in the house full time, but she has had excellent suggestions for preparing and staging the house for showings under those conditions. Her recommendations regarding pricing-a moving target in this market-have been realistic, both for us as sellers and to attract potential buyers. It's not been easy because we lack a feature most buyers say they want-a pool. But based on the many showings we've had, the pricing has been on target. And we've had two serious offers. Thanks to skillful negotiating, the second offer ended successfully, and at a higher final price than the first offer. Deb is a hard worker, her knowledge of the island is without equal, she goes the extra two miles when needed, and she always has a smile. Those traits undoubtedly made her a welcome partner to the buyers' agent as well. For us, Deb has exhibited the very best characteristics of a Sanibel real estate agent. We thought you should know.
