Michael was fantastic. After a short conversation with him, where I assured him there was no way I was buying this year, he took the time show us around Sarasota. His genuine love of the city came through immediately, and his local knowledge of the history of both Longboat and Sarasota was impressive. Listings, as little as there were, came through,gh as well as answers to questions about different condo developments. In the end, it was an off-market condo through his personal relationships that provided us with a small window to buy before it went to market. His follow-up was tremendous, whether it was getting answers from the seller or having both a plumber and electrician do some fix-up just after the home inspection. His sense of humor and candor throughout the process were welcomed by both me and my wife. In a word, Michael was GREAT. Thank you all -- Beth and I look forward to many happy years in the Sarasota/Longboat community.

I had the great pleasure of working with Mark Baron over the past six months as we prepared for and successfully sold our parents' winter residence on Long Boat Key. Through an acquaintance here in Vermont and via your real estate network, I was told to await a call from "an agent." I had no idea what to expect and no knowledge of Florida real estate. At every step of the way in what could have been a daunting process, Mark made things seem straightforward and easy. He was always available, with sound advice, clear instructions about next steps, and the patience to listen to his client's sometimes tangential ramblings. For over fifty years, I have taken pride and pleasure in the work that I do as a family doctor and my concern for the well-being of my patients. Karen Chandler, my Broker and now my friend, has been wonderful, and l would never go anywhere else. Most of my Real Estate transactions have been on Siesta Key, and I can always trust Karen to know the market and steer me in the right direction. What a joy to have worked with Hope! We are Canadians, and we had a lot to learn about selling our condo in Bradenton. We left for Canada before the place was actually on the market with the full knowledge that Hope would be there for us.Hope suggested ways to declutter our place, added a beautiful door wreath, and paid for a professional cleaner to make our place sparkle.We got our price from the first buyer! What more could we ask for?

Nancy Phillips' and Beth Ann Boyer's service was absolutely fantastic! They made a correct estimate of the sale value of the house. They explained clearly, patiently, and thoroughly the sale process and my obligations. They assisted me in preparing my disclosure statement and other documents. They took care of all the operational steps and advised me for the closing. At each step of the process, they were present and helpful! They have done a wonderful job by taking care of all that needed to be done, including repairs, cleaning, etc. I had just completed another sale process in France and could compare the contributions of brokers…This is really a dream team that made the sale of my house a dream process!
