I just want you to know that I am very happy with Stephanie O’Sullivan and the manner in which she handled the sale of my property. Gail was instrumental in our purchase of a second home in Venice. Starting almost a year ago, when we met with Gail, she set us up for auto emails on properties available. She was always amenable and available to drive by or visit a place that caught our interest. She knew exactly what we were looking for and provided us honest feedback on properties - we totally trusted her judgment and knowledge of the area. When a house in which we were interested became available, she moved quickly on it - providing us a video tour, contacting the agent, negotiating for us - she was tremendous!! And it didn't stop there; she put us in contact with her network of folks - mortgage broker, insurance agent, contractors, etc. This was extremely helpful. She even went above and beyond to meet people at the house in our absence. We have dealt with many RE agents over the years, and Gail is exceptional. Thank you!
