Stephanie Annable is a trusted partner. She is thorough and professional and fun to work with. While planning our out-of-state move to the Lakewood Ranch area, Stephanie informed us of the complex and fast-paced Florida real estate market. Expectations were set by Stephanie regarding the limited inventory of homes as we conducted multiple tours of homes by builders in the area to select a build site. Stephanie immediately sensed our disappointment after learning that the timeline to build a home can extend beyond 12 months. Knowing our timeline was abbreviated, Stephanie concurrently searched for existing inventory to expedite a faster move. I want you to know that Stacy Hannan was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We have used Stacy in the past to both sell our house and purchase the condo we now own, as well as with this investment condo. She has always kept us informed about what was going on and what we needed to do, no matter the value of the property that we were buying or selling. This particular condo was not very expensive, yet she gave us the same attention as for a larger property. We will use Stacy for future property purchases or sales, as we have never had a problem with how she handles the whole process. I have had nothing but great experiences with Stacy, and would recommend her to anyone.

I have been aware of you and your company for over 40 years, beginning as a young art student at Ringling College. I have always been impressed by your stature in the community and the professionalism of your company. My wife and I were fortunate enough to have retained Mimi Kruk to represent us in the recent sale of our home. She was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she sell our home in a very short period of time and for an optimum price, but she was also extremely attentive to everything, including stopping by our house to help as we were working furiously to pack and move. Her careful attention to the most minute detail-from the photos we placed on the MLS listing, to her patience with assisting us on the wording we crafted, to always being available to talk, or drive over to meet with us, to forwarding our mail (we moved to CT for the summer and she was kind enough to stop by our old house and collect mail that hadn't been forwarded to our new address yet). More than the professionalism she exhibited in her capacity as our realtor, Mimi has grown to be a good and loyal friend as a result of our experience together. We cannot say enough good things about her. She was truly a joy to work with and should make Michael Saunders & Associates proud. She certainly supports your already stellar reputation.

Laura Naese is… flipping amazing. Responsive, resourceful, patient, forward thinking, and honest. She has been the best realtor I’ve worked with ever… and we’ve bought and sold plenty of homes. She made us feel welcome from the beginning, her knowledge of the area was incredibly reassuring, her industry experience was obvious, and somehow she never made us feel rushed. I work in the mortgage world and have about 100 loan officers who do about $3.5B in lending annually… so I know that all types of realtors are out there. But Laura was and is a total professional who added a level of value to our experience that I’ve not encountered before. I’d say you have a tremendous asset on your team in Laura… but you already know that. 😉

One word sums it all up, and yet that is still not enough to convey how WONDERFUL Dede worked with us. Dede worked diligently and purposefully, visiting homes during our absence and giving reports and pictures. Wrote multiple offers (6, I believe), and ultimately directed us to our Florida slice of paradise. We could not have asked for a more considerate, hard-working, patient, kind, or genuinely GOOD person to guide us through this challenging real estate environment. We will be forever grateful that God brought us together and will add another friend to our world of people we enjoy getting to know. Jay Brock was our realtor and he couldn't have been any better! He served us above and beyond anything we could've hoped for! He was available for a thousand questions and concerns. Adam Cuffaro is an unbelievable realtor. His expertise and advice eased our buying experience. Adam was available by text and phone within minutes for all of our questions. He made himself available at the property to accept deliveries as well. I cannot say enough good things about him. Lenka was indispensable as well. She met us last minute for a second look at the property and shared her pass to let us in the gate as ours is not let available. She also shared her experience at IMG with her children, as our son is ready to start the 6th grade at the academy. I will certainly recommend your company to other families.
