Jonnie Dwyer did an outstanding job for me in the purchase of my home. I lived in VA, so Jonnie had to be boots on the ground to meet with handymen and show me the property via Facetime. Buying a home is stressful enough, but buying a home from another state was high stress. Jonnie connected me with her network of mortgage company, title company, etc. She was responsive and gracious throughout the process. Since I moved in, she has also been helpful in providing me with repairmen and tips on how to handle situations here in Sarasota. She is truly a dream to work with from A to Z. When I arrived at the home after a 3-day trip, Jonnie had filled the house with flowers, food (including my son's favorite cookies), the AC was running, and a few lights were on. What a welcome! Robin Sullivan and Dennis Czapiga are two exceptional sales associates. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with them. Being out of state, they provided information about the Florida housing market and assisted us in putting together offers on the homes we were interested in. When we arrived at our new home after an 18-hour drive, it was a pleasant surprise to have sandwiches/chips/water and a breakfast danish waiting for us.

Beth Ann was recommended to us by our friends, and she helped us navigate the buying of a new home. She was involved in the design center process and snapped pictures of our house being built. With the help of your agent, Amy Gonzales, as selling agent, I recently sold my parents’ house. I am from Minnesota, so I was unfamiliar with real estate personnel in the area - although I got many mailings from Rotonda agents after my father passed away. Amy was recommended to me by one of my father’s neighbors who knew what a great job Amy did for one of their other neighbors. I contacted Amy, and she did an outstanding job in getting our house to the finish line with an (in my opinion) appropriate offering price and pitch-perfect service. Specifically, Amy helped me with donating excess items to charity and nursing homes, etc., and with making the house showable and marketable. I’m usually a do-it-yourself type of person, but having Amy’s professional acumen made an essential positive difference. Moreover, the closing occurred exactly as she advised me it would. My wife and I worked with Scott Johnston 8 years ago on the purchase of our Plantation CC home. At the time we started looking, we were new to Venice.
