I just wanted to send a note regarding our recent experience with Debbie Vogler. We sold a condo in Marina Walk, and Debbie, as usual, was the consummate professional. She made the process easy and went out of her way to make things go smoothly for us. We had already had a great experience with her in buying the same condo, and she did not disappoint us in selling it. Debbie would not allow herself to have any conflict of interest between the buyer and seller,r which speaks volumes about her ethics too. When we purchase another property in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, we will certainly look forward to working with Debbie again.

Michael, It is with much gratitude and satisfaction that I take the time to share with you our most positive real estate buying experience ever. We had the great fortune of working with Angela Adams this summer to acquire a second home. As you know, this hot real estate market offered several challenges: drastically rising costs, rapidly moving inventory, and competitive bidding. We had three adult stakeholders involved in the purchase of this home, so those three (sometimes dissenting) opinions added another layer of mayhem. But Angela overcame these challenges with grace and hard work. Her expertise and perseverance gave us comfort through the whole buying process. I want to just highlight a few of her “above and beyond” efforts here: · Set up multiple MLS searches that evolved as we narrowed and expanded our neighborhoods of interest so that we would have immediate notification of a new listing · Performed virtual tours to keep our out-of-town third stakeholder in the loop · Provided up front estimated costs for fees, taxes, titles, and inspections · Was transparent with additional future costs for repairs needed by a given listing (i.e., recognizing that a tile roof may need to be replaced in the near future) · Mailed out letters of interest to homes that met our lot requirements in one of our most desired neighborhoods · Collaborated closely with our real estate attorney to minimize our risk regarding seller obligated repairs · Consistently presented herself with patience, confidence and composure Overall, we had a great buying experience. We attribute our success to Angela’s experience, hard work, and positive attitude. She reminded us throughout the process that we would find the perfect home. And we did!

There are so many examples of this, I really wouldn’t know where to begin. He and Noelle listened to what we were looking for, kept our budget in mind, and found us a beautiful home.We are coming from New Jersey, and what could have been a very difficult experience for us was made much more enjoyable by Ray’s efforts to keep us updated with texts and videos. Jennifer Guzik was professional, efficient, and caring while working with us to sell our home. The research she did prior to meeting with us, and continued to do, until the property was sold was impressive. Jennifer went above and beyond to get us ready for photographs. She brought her own items in to make the home more aesthetically appealing. Also kudos to Mary Smedley, who, along with Jennifer, worked vigorously to have the roofing contract we signed after Ian canceled in order for us to be able to sell the house as is. We appreciate Jennifer so much. She did an excellent job in working with us for the sale of our home

I just wanted to let you know how great Laura Narvatil has been to work with. We've worked with her before on the sale of our home, and had the opportunity to work with her again on a recent property purchase....and she will be finalizing a sale on a third property for us next month. She is the best! Promptly responds to calls and questions, is efficient, pays attention to detail...my list could go on...just a delight to work with. Businesses have a hard time today finding good, reliable employees...she is a keeper!

My sister and I selected Mike Nink for the sale of our late father's home, as he had been the agent for the purchase of my condo. Additionally, he had been a friend of my Dad's. I felt that Mike presented a good plan to sell the property. Mike was professional and patient with our questions. His associate, Sandi Layfield, was very helpful with completing the necessary paperwork online. I would happily recommend them to anyone I might know who is contemplating selling their property or anyone who might be interested in purchasing property here on the Suncoast. Their customer service was excellent and made the process of selling a sentimental piece of property easy.
