Margie Valentine recently assisted in conducting open house for the sale of our home and was also amazingly responsive showing us homes to buy. Along with juggling her busy schedule, she immediately responded to any requests to view a new home and kept her amazing upbeat personality. What a pleasure to work with Jo-Anne Sckowska in guiding us in selling and buying our home, along with a smooth closing! Barbara Milian and her assistant Molly Shawler were OUTSTANDING and so professional!! At the beginning, Barbara spent time with me going through the whole process explaining Florida laws and all the hoops we had to jump through for the sale of our stepmother and father's home. My brother lives in Florida, and I live in Massachusetts, so that was a little tricky. But they made it work. There was a lot to do to get the house ready. They gave us referrals and suggested lots of contacts as we emptied, painted, and cleaned the house. Barbara did an open house and showings. Molly even waited for a final furniture pick-up When it came time for an offer and negotiations, Barbara was so helpful. She always made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and the final offer. It all happened very quickly, and we feel like we were able to get a great and fair price for the home. You could not ask for a better realtor. We feel lucky to have worked with Barbara and Molly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Veronica when I met her at an Open House. Following my meeting, Veronica spent a morning with me showing me homes that met my needs. In preparing for our outing she sent me pictures of each home together with detailed information. When I asked questions she was very knowledgeable about the properties and if she did not know the answer to a question, she found out and called me back. She picked me up for the viewings and she was promptly on time and each showing was great. I had numerous questions at each home and she was very honest and did not guess. If she did not know the answer she found out and got back to me. She is not a pushy person, which I was thrilled with. She was punctual, very interested in my specific needs for a home and a person that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.
