We hired Max to sell our condo in Sarasota and it was a great decision. Max is polished, articulate, knowledgeable, and always attentive and available. He is hard working and gets the job done! Max sold our condo in a brutal buyers market. He was always upbeat and positive about getting it sold. Our condo in fact did sell within the average market time, and for a price we were happy with. Ashlee Coffey, went above and beyond an agent's requirements. She was easily accessible and got back to us in a timely manner. She did not leave any questions unanswered. Bruce and I want to reach out and say thank you. You weren’t just our Realtor, you’re our friend. You were sounding board, a support system when I felt scared or nervous.
