My husband and I purchased a condo in Bradenton in February. We had been working with another realtor from Clearwater and had made offers and lost out on 4 condos within a 1-month period. Anja had one of those units listed, and I met her over a phone call when inquiring about the unit. Anja was so professional and really knew the business much better than the realtor we were previously using. Once we changed, Anja began educating us on how to get our offer accepted in this fast-moving market. We live in Kentucky and knew we would have to rely on Anja to be our “feet on the ground..” We had to trust her since we would have to make an offer without seeing a unit in person. We found a unit online and called Anja, and she worked very quickly to write up an offer, but not before doing some research on other units in this community, helping us to know the best offer price. After the offer was accepted, she met the inspector at the unit since we could not be present, and she met us on a weekend when we flew down so we could see the unit for ourselves. She also connected us with a closing attorney since we did not now anyone in the area. Before closing, she went to the condo again and did a video walk-through for us. She knows her business and was just a pleasure to work with. If we are looking for property in the future, we will use her again.

I would like to thank Alex Stafford for his expertise in helping us locate a property in this competitive market. We had a 1031 exchange that gave us a short window to identify a property. I wanted to reach out and thank your team for the outstanding job they did in selling my mother's house. The agents we worked with were Bambi and Ford Utton. My Mother is 87 years old, and her time spent as a snowbird in Florida has come to an end. We considered many options, including selling the house to a family member or keeping it as a family house, but in the end, with the recent rise in valuations and timing, it made sense for us to sell.
