My wife and I have bought and sold a number of pieces of real estate, but I would rate the experience with Max and Peter Mann as certainly 5 star. From the very start of our search in the Englewood/Cape Haze/Placid area, Peter was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. It took well over a year, but he found us a jewel of a home in a wonderful neighborhood. Then comes the tag team. Max, did some very heavy lifting, guiding us through the entire process with an equally great closing attorney. Just absolutely seamless and hassle free from start to finish. We couldn't be happier! It's not often that you become friends with your agent. Sure, you may like them but, in this case, we have become friends and will remain so, of that I am certain.

Working with Dave was the best experience from start to finish! His professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail truly set him apart from any other realtor I've ever met or worked with. He paid attention to what our needs/wants were and understood exactly what we were looking for. We had many questions about properties, the process in Florida etc. and he answered each question patiently and with all the information we would need. We received updates frequently and were kept informed of the process along the way. He was extremely responsive, we felt like his only clients! Selling your home isn’t always easy or fun, especially if you didn’t want to sell in the first place! Jim Smith stepped in as a supporting MS colleague; Klaus and Chris Lang needed his assistance to help with showings and open houses! He came on the scene taking control with confidence in a positive upbeat direction! We had daily and weekly discussions over the end results; and changes in the market and all topics that applied! He’s a very good listener; and knowledgeable! Sometimes buyers just need to be heard, as this is sensitive territory for owner and seller! I appreciate how he managed all of it with such grace! It was a long journey to the end, Spring to Spring with a summer break; but Jim never gave up hope!
