Kathy and Greg did an excellent job representing us during the sale of our condo. Whenever Greg helped me, he was very attentive and professional. I dealt mostly with Kathy though. As I live in the Midwest, I wasn't sure how this process would work. Kathy went above and beyond a normal sale considering my circumstances of living remotely. She inspected the property for me as I had renters in there, and when I asked her about paying a large fee to have my rental agency do a final walk-through/inspection, she told me their fee was ridiculous and she would do it for me. We spoke and emailed each other several times, and when I had concerns/questions she patiently explained how the process works and calmed any nerves I had about handing over so much "control" to a virtual stranger. Ironically, when I found MSC and decided to have them/Kathy list my property we discovered that I bought the property some 14 years ago through MSC :). Talk about irony. Selling a house can be a stressful ordeal. In my case, this was a particularly emotional situation as I was selling due to my mother passing away. Add to that, I live in the northeast and could not easily just drop things to head to Florida to deal with the house. Thank goodness for Jennifer Guzik. She handled every detail and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. It meant so much to me knowing that I had her expertise to lean on. If all of your agents are like Jennifer, then it is easy to see how your company has been so successful. Keep up the great work!

We have known Bibi-Ann for over ten years and asked her to represent us because she is, without question, among the finest "downtown agents" in Sarasota. She was a consummate professional: smart, responsive, attentive, and well-attuned to the nuances of the current real estate market, which seemed to quietly go south after the first of the year. We had a double transaction of sale and purchase on July 3 and would just like to express our deepest appreciation for the hard work by Mina Johnson to accomplish this very difficult task. Mina was there for us every step of the way and was constantly on top of everything that needed to be taken care of to ensure a smooth closing for both properties. Tori was our agent on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. From the beginning to the end, Tori did an outstanding job for us. Tori was a great listener, she followed up quickly on everything that was asked of her, she was proactive at communicating the next steps of the process, plus she was wonderful at documenting everything and keeping good records. I greatly appreciated the efforts of my realtor, Barbara May, in facilitating the sale of my condo in downtown Sarasota. Not only did the unit sell quickly, but I also had multiple offers and it ended up selling for a record high price for a unit of that size at the Orange Club Condominiums.
